If you know Staub products, you won't be surprised. Exactly as advertised, beautiful colors, high quality. The cocottes are very small, to be honest I do not yet know exactly what you can use it for, but I definitely will look up some recipes. I have a big Staub cocotte of the same color and these minis will complete it perfectly on the table.

I bought 2 of these - yes they are small - but very cute! Not exactly sure what I will be using them for yet, but I am having fun doing the research to decide. Thinking of mini seafood pies as 1st course. Beautiful quality.
