.Compared to other massage tables you may have seen (or found yourself lying on) this Sportplus Massage Table may appear less sturdy at first glance. But its design is such that once it is opened up, standing upright, with the headrest and arm rests attached, it is remarkably stable and can support a person weighing up to 100kg (possibly a bit more) very easily. Lying on the table to be massaged is very comfortable and the adjustable table height means you should have little trouble finding the level to make it comfortable for you to massage someone else. The table is perfectly serviceable for body, head, foot massage, although if you have anything particularly vigorous in mind massage wise,you may be better advised to seek out a heavier table for additional stability. This would of course impact on the portability of the table you eventually choose, but obviously you must pick the right table for your purposes/client needs, not merely the one that is most easily portable.Portability is a question of the weight of a particular table and the strength level of the person transporting it, but the total weight this Sportplus table, approximately 15kg, should not prove too much for most fit adults.Initially, the table was a little fiddly to set up but it doesn’t take long to find the knack to getting it upright and stable. The adjustable headrest and backrest allow you to find the right level of comfort for your client and a handy removable foam section would allow your client to lie face down in relative comfort. The detachable headrest and armrests can be stored inside the folded up massage table so there is little to be concerned about when it comes to storing the table when it is not in use.Though a carry case is supplied, the positioning of the handle and strap on the case actually make it more difficult to carry the table in the case than simply picking up the folded up massage table by the carry handle integrated into its construction. For me, being strong enough to carry the table one-handed using the integrated handle makes the carry case more of a storage/dustcover item than a useful transportation accessory. If you are not strong enough to carry the table one handed (or even two handed) there is unlikely to be any carry case that would be any more useful than the one the table comes supplied with. So to a degree the quality of the carry case is a moot point.Overall, I found the massage table comfortable whether standing over it to massage someone else or being the one lying on it. Its construction, padding and colouring are such that it actually looks like it should cost more than it does, and unless you have a particularly vigorous approach to massage, it should be strong and stable enough to suit most needs.

Very impressed with this massage table. I'm new to beauty therapy and this is my first own table so I don't have anything to compare it too. It does tick all the boxes but it is much bulkier and heavier than it looks in the pictures although this is not necessarily a bad thing as it also means the table is sturdy and looks quality.I would also hesitate to describe it as portable though. As a small woman, I really struggled with it. Both getting it out of the packaging and bag and setting it up. I felt like it was a 2 person job. It's very heavy. The carry bag is useful and the straps feel strong. It has a zip that goes half way around the whole bag.One long strap on one side and one short strap on the other plus a storage pouch.Assembling the table is incredibly straight forward and fuss free. I was so impressed. It unfolds the same as a trestle table once you've unclipped the secure metal buckles. No fiddly bits. And no tools required. It uses strong metal cable to hold the legs in place. I did need help to get it on its fit. And once it's up, it feels firm and secure. The last thing you need is a client collapsing on it! The headrest, support and arm supports all fit snuggly under the table with elastic straps. Genius. They just slot into place in matching holes. They are not secured so you simply pull them out when finished. Husband tested it it. He's an average 80kg 6'2' tall and found the table so comfortable. I was also impressed with he comfort of the face gap too. It's quite wide which is a good thing for clients but bare it in mind if you're small like me it means a lot of leaning over to reach client. The leg rest can be adjusted up and down too.Instructions in the booklet are clear and concise.Putting it away again is also really easy and i could do this on my own and would probably get quicker with practise. Simply push in the legs in its side and it collapses nicely and then you can buckle it up. Ensuring that the removable parts have been tucked away beforehand or it won't close. And again the folded table fits back into the bag. Also note the table when folded has its own handles for carrying. It also seems a easy to clean too. I would totally recommend this.

This is a very sturdy, good quality foldable massage table. It arrived already at the perfect height for giving or receiving a massage, but is easily adjustable.. The foam padding seems a little thicker than many beds I’ve used in the past and therefore slightly more comfortable than most if you're lying on it for over one hour. The purple plastic colour is a bit garish for my taste, so you may want to cover it with a white towelling fitted sheet. The table can be collapsed easily, legs fold in and the whole bench folds in half and secures together in a matter of seconds.I don’t find it very light, and it was something of a struggle to get it back into its black carry-bag on my own,and because of the weight I’m not sure I’d be able to honestly describe it as portable – I’m not particularly big so would struggle to carry it from one location to another on my own although it has a strong shoulder strap and handle on one side which makes it easier. Having said that, this definitely doesn't feel flimsy and even someone quite large would feel confident lying on this. I also like the ease with which the head rest can be tilted to pretty much any angle, and easily put down to flat again. All in all, a good product for any beauty or massage therapist, or for someone who has regular massages at home.

Really soild item . Very sturdy and so easy to put up and use. Very comfortable with a great wipe down surface. For the cost i think its excellent
