I used the SPI Venture Hydration belt on several training runs, and then during a marathon in February. Like my other SPIbelts, it held my phone, keys, and nutrition without bouncing, but the addition of the fluid bottle system was fantastic. I can adjust where the bottles are located on the belt, and having two of them allows for a choice in liquid (i have one with water, another with an energy/electrolyte mix). I intend to use this belt on my next 100 mile effort as it carries all i need to get between water stops without the bulk of traditional hydration belts. I train early in the morning, so the reflectivity on the pocket and gel loops gives added visibility,

This belt is very comfortable and doesn't move at all when I'm running. The pouch is big enough for my iPhone and my keys. My only complaint is about the bottles. I had to try a couple of places to keep them from flying off but I am able to run now and they stay in place. I also have a problem with my water leaking out of the top (other reviews don't seem to have this issue) so I've actually purchased different bottles with a pull top on them. I would still recommend this belt.

Must have for runners...this is my third belt which I needed for longer distances so wanted the two bottle functionality. I still use my other older belts for short runs or dog walks.
