These lamps seem to be well made. The only problem I had was that I found that they need to be tightened down really hard to get them to make contact electrically. When I first put them in the fitting, they didn't work for this very reason. I tried them it two different light fittings and had the same problem with both, until they where tightened down hard. I also brought 2 MiniSun lamps, with the same fitting type from Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00HVCUBWM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 ) and they worked without over tightening them. This Sebson lamp is also meant to be warm white, but they are not as warm as the MiniSun lamp in the above link. Although I have no major gripe with the Sebson lamps,

I bought this LED bulb to replace a 30W tungsten bulb in an uplighter lamp which we use for background lighting and security purposes. This lamp has an E27 screw fit fitting and installed perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of light - with most LED bulbs even "Warm White" ones are inclined to be rather cool and too white. However, this Sebson LED bulb actually gives a nice, warm light. In addition, the thought that it is only consuming about a tenth of the power consumption of an equivalent old fashioned bulb adds to its appeal. Recommended.

This is surprisingly good. I use it in an outside light that turns on and off controlled by a PIR. So filament bulbs blow very quickly. LEDs should last longer although it is too early to confirm that. No problems so far. It is a compact package and I was pleased with the brightness. If the 3W rating is correct it should also save a lot of energy / carbon / money. Recommended.

These are BRIGHT. The spec gives an equivalence to 25W incandescent bulbs but my two are at least as bright as conventional 40W filament bulbs. It remains to be seen how durable they are in the extremes of conditions experienced in outdoor lighting but I am very satisfied with the warm bright light they are giving so far

Had one of these for about 3 months in a timer controlled light.It's been good, light is surprisingly white given it's classed as warm white. Much better than the CFL bulb it replaced. Doesn't have to "warm up" like CFLs and uses even less electricity!

I have purchased the set of these as a present. They light up well and look lovely on a patio, edge of path etcI thought the postage was a bit high though

Good level of light, does feel daylight/cold which is as described. Good for an office light, probably not right for bedroom or living room in the evening

Excellent quality. I would say they're nearer 40w equiv than 25w. Slightly cooler than I would like but still very good for the price.

Using these bulbs in a dusk to dawn light, so far so good , I choose a low wattage bulb as low light was only required.
