I LOVE this shampoo. My hair is super damaged from constant bleaching and dying so I need all the help I can get. I’ve tried soooo many products and I really believe that this is one of the best when it comes to resurrecting your hair. If you use this shampoo, then a really intensive oil mask and conditioner after ( to seal all the moisture and goodness from the mask), you are guaranteed to get back that beautiful healthy looking hair. The only thing I found ( not sure if it’s just me though) is that when I use both Fibreplex shampoo and conditioner, my skin gets lots of break outs... I read that it sometimes happens with these kind of products so if you are prone to break outs but still decide to use this product,

In my opinion it didn't make much difference to the condition of my bleached hair, used it only ones. I would recommend the conditioner over the shampoo though.

Love this shampoo it's a real hair saver when used with the fiber deep conditioner love the smell of this shampoo too
