The Frame lives up to it's name, blending well into the room. Art mode works well with a good selection and effective virtual mounts that look very realistic. I bought this after seeing a friend's, I hadn't appreciated that it was a TV until they told us, so I knew that picture mode was convincing. The picture quality is a huge step up from our last TV. The upscaling is good, with non HD sources looking surprisingly good too. I did find that the pictures were a bit over saturated for my taste, turning off the "intelligent" mode enabled colour to be dialled down a bit to more natural levels.Sound was a big unknown, but I was pleased to find it was good. This is not a thin TV - it has a decent thickness, like a real picture frame. This means it has more room for bass and, while it doesn't shake the floor, it's a much fuller sound than our last TV. We have a Sonos Beam - the sound can't match that, but I am seriously considering dropping the Beam to maintain the lovely clean look with just the thin one connect lead out of the bottom. The TV sound is certainly good enough for blockbuster movies and dialog is clear. You can improve it with a sound bar, but that does spoil the aesthetics: not just the bar to hide but more conspicuous cables.Every streaming service we might want is built in, so no extra smart stick needed. It even has an option to use Alexa for voice control. Do set aside a few hours to get all the services set up - create a Samsung account, sign in to Alexa, sign in to any streaming services, sign up for Art Mode, etc.Last but not least, quality was evident throughout, from the TV itself to the box, to the included no gap wall mount. One minor gripe - no Picture in Picture mode to watch a DVD next to broadcast TV. I thought it would have this (great for fitness DVDs) but sadly not.

The TV looks great. The picture quality is stellar, but it does require some calibration to suit personal preference. Art mode is gorgeous, although it's not quite as convincing as we had hoped; depending on the room lighting, it can just look like art projected through a screen. You can work with the settings some to help with this, but it's not going to look like true canvas hung on the wall. That being said, it definitely beats a big, black square creating dead space in your living room!We encountered some hiccups along the way - for some reason, you can't Favourite too many art pieces in the Art Store; it almost seems as if the memory fills up and you can no longer utilise Art Mode.No way to clear the cache nor delete certain apps to free up space either. Unfortunately, the only solution we were given was to reset all factory defaults and start again - truly frustrating to log in to all your apps again, reset all your calibrations and then avoid selecting too many favourites in the art gallery. It wasn't even confirmed if this was actually the issue, but it's what we've had to resort to for now!We did try to find a 2019 model since the price for the 2020 model is quite steep for what it is, and 2019 also has the key QLED screen. We're not unhappy with our purchase, but did have higher expectations at this price point in terms of usability. It does still sting to think that another chunk of change is needed to purchase a bezel. The plain black frame looks okay, but also makes it look more like a TV than a frame for art.

Was looking for new tv and a friend recommended the Frame. This was a very good recommendation as it combines both elegancy, style and features together with an excellent screen. The idea of the one connect box which means only one wire to the back of the tv is very convenient, the wire is long enough to place your box at a complete different and far end location from where I wanted my TV in the middle of the wall. The tv sits flat on the wall with very thin edges yet still be able to tilt forward if you need to. The art mode is an excellent idea as you don’t need to leave big black box on the wall. The art selection can look very realistic. Many of my friends thought it was a real painting or picture, depend what you chose to display. I did have concerns if the screen quality will be compromised to compensate for other feature. But it turn to be excellent too. It is slightly pricy product, and I am disappointed to have missed on the sound bar offer by one day. But still is a recommended one if you want the combination of style and features to combined. Overall it is a very good choice. I would certainly recommend this to my other friends.

Bought the 43" Frame as I liked the idea of the TV blending into the background when not switched on. I'm now spending more time looking at the artwork than watching the TV! I hadn't intended to buy the optional surrounding frame due to the high price but now I am glad I did as it completes the effect. The TV is very easy to setup and comes with an optional app for smartphone to help upload/edit photo's and purchased/user artwork. The artwork seems to look best in daylight as come night time the effect begins to look more like a TV with a still picture displayed. Overall very pleased after a couple of days.Negatives:The depth of the TV against the wall is quite thick at 48mm,(just under 2")The cable connecting the separate electronics box is very fragile being fibre optic so care must be taken if feeding into a wall especially as the plugs must remain on the cable, however the good points are the cable is very thin and not noticeable if left in view.Sound is good for a flat screen.

I bought a Samsung Frame for my wife's birthday and I Installed it on the bedroom wall with ease. The Frame has finished off our newly decorated room perfectly. I absolutely love the One Connect Box which tides all the messy cables into one. The picture quality, (QLED) is outstanding along with all the many features that accompany the Frame. One button access on the smart remote to Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as voice command via Bixby. I'm able to link the Frame to my Samsung Galaxy mobile and upload our favourite family pictures to display on screen when we are not watching television. The Art and Ambient modes are definitions of tranquility.Perfect for ending the day with relaxation before going off to sleep. We absolutely love the Frame and will be purchasing a larger version for our lounge. It's the television for the 22nd century. A must buy!A masterpiece!

I've wanted one of these for a few years having seen one at a show. The 2020 QLED Frame has a wonderful picture. Excellent contrast, deep saturation, very good blacks. Audio is remarkably good when you consider it sits flush to the wall with a frame around it!Came complete with the Frame wall mount which is pretty ingenious and it really does fit flush to the wall. I bored a hole in our stud wall and was able to pass the Fibre One connect cable through that. The one-connect box is big so don't think you can put that behind the TV on the wall (If you want a flush fit)I additionally purchased the beige frame which works for me. Whole thing is quality from start to finish and I'm still blown away by the image and art work display. If its what you want you wont be disappointed.

It took a while for us to set this up with the usual discussions going on (shall we say), and I do have to admit, no I didn't push the plug is properly, and my husband showed me the error of my ways (some 30 minutes later), we sat back and was amazed how easy it was to fit and install. The colours and clarity are amazing and the sound to match. I actually get excited to watch different programmes. Films I have watched before, were eye openingly different. Love, love, love this TV. Now for the Fridge/Freezer, and our next loving discussion. (33 years still going strong, lets hope the tv lasts that long)?

Bought this to hang above the fireplace in the front room. TV quality itself is excellent, menu is easy to use, speaker sound is good for general TV viewing (I this paired with an 800 sound bar for movies) and the screen quality is super clear, we love it!Looks good when standing but really comes into its own visually when mounted on a wall using the ‘no gap’ mount and with a frame cover attached. My brother in law saw it for the first time yesterday and sincerely believed it was a piece of art on the wall. His surprise when I turned it on the show a movie was a good laugh.

Picture is great (even at an angle) and art mode is much better than I was expecting - it really changes the feel of our living room and has freed up so much space. I am very surprised that other manufactures havent realised the need for a product like this. The only down sides are- The frame surrounding the TV isnt include as standard which seems pretty poor for a product called The Frame.- The frame on the underside of the TV has cut outs for vents etc which are quite visible when you are sitting down and slightly damage the picture frame illusion.

It's beautiful, feature packed, quick to navigate and when in art mode, fits in with the room. It was a perfect purchase during the pandemic, as we didn't miss the cinema and OMG the 4k Ultra HD image is incredible. It's so real, I love finding 4k content and enjoying the deep colours, and unpixelated clarity. The sound is great and all the apps are instantly available, Samsung, Netflix, Disney+, Rakuten etc. etc. The smart remote does everything and the clever one box keeps everything hidden away and removes all the wires and cables. AMAZING! So pleased

The Samsung Frame boasts some seriously cool features. Main one being that i can get a bigger tv past my wife by disguising as a picture frame! Picture is great and functionality of the software is fairly good, as it the look and feel of the picture mode. Only element which can be slightly confusing is wanting to put your own image into the frame and being able to use and other boarders to make it look like a real photo rather than the stock ‘shadow box’ format - which doesn’t make it look like art at all.All in all would recommend, but it is costly!

We have been impressed with our new 43” Frame TV - as our main concern was integrating a new TV into our living room without taking up space and without the horrible shiny black screen, which can undo all the decorating people do at home. The choice of artworks is fantastic, the installation was seamless and very easy and then - you flick the TV on and the image quality is kind of insane. Bottom line: it is timeless and well worth the money. Think of this as investing in artwork, not just another TV.

This tv is fantastic. Just check out the picture below. the user interface is brilliant. All the apps you need inc, Disney+ and AppleTV (which are not on many TVs together). Also as the TV has AirPlay2 it means you can seamlessly stream your phone, Samsung/Apple or otherwise to the TV. Don't really need to say anymore! Also as I'm an electrician the install of this TV was excellent and so smooth. Probably one of the easiest TV's I've had to install.

Having done a lot of research into the next TV against what I really wanted in terms of picture quality and long term value, I went ahead with the purchase of a a 65" The Frame 2020 TV. Due to the size of the TV and the wall background, I also chose a white Bezel for the this TV. Very pleased with this TV. Picture quality is excellent. Absolutely stunning! The ability for the TV to be switched to art is a cool feature.

This model is on par with the Q80T 2020. Around similar price, in terms of picture and sound quality slightly behind. But the gap is very small, where as the frame feature is beautiful. Some of the art works are breath taking, have realistic looks. No wall gap makes it sit flat against the wall unlike most of the other wall mount. Only downside are the sensor, they are very inconsistent.
