Bought this to replace a 12 year old Panasonic plasma, which was very power hungry & only "HD ready", unlike this "full HD" Panny of A++ energy efficiency.Very good picture quality & the "built - in" sound is acceptable with no cabinet buzzing at higher volume, though mine is connected to a hi-fi micro system for great sound quality. Would have been better to have "line out" phono sockets though rather than having to use the stereo headphone socket for audio out. But even my superior Sony at nearly twice the price of this doesn't have them.The wall bracket has breathed a sigh of relief too as this set is less than one third of the weight of the plasma.Set has a good range of picture & sound adjustments BUT on set up,

Just wanted a good TV for my dad with a good picture. Picked the Panasonic as it was the only one with 200hz refresh rate. Connectivity is simple as it cab be.Remote control quite easy...the two main buttons you need are at the top.The sound is ok through the TV speakers but I did have to change the setting away from standard to get a good bass.But the main thing if you are looking for a decent TV with HD picture (not 4k) this is as good as it gets for the price.

This TV suits the needs I want in a TV which has a great picture and sound quality with smart capabilities as well. The size of it is good for just me and the size if my house. However if you have a big living room and want a big screen a bigger TV might better. It was easy to fit the stand and once I worked out which satellite cables to connect it was easy to set up. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a decent size smart TV with good picture and sound.

This tv is good value. It only consumes 31 watts. It has good picture quality and looks sleek. It also has bbc iplayer, itv hub, all4 and my5 features so if you're connected to the internet, you can watch programs you missed up to 7 days ago. Wifi Internet connection is easy to set up. Speakers are biased towards treble as the tv is slim. I would recommend a soundbar if watching movies. The pedestal that the tv sits on seems very flimsy but should hold out

Elegant design with the slimmest of borders that sits comfortably on my Panasonic sound bar to give top quality audio. The LED picture can't quite match a plasma (unfortunately no longer available), but by toning down colour and upping blackness you can get pretty close.I don't subscribe to Netflix, but the ethernet connection gives trouble-free streaming with iPlayer etc. So a quality machine for a reasonable price and I'm well pleased.

Our old Panasonic just stopped working during lockdown so we ordered a new one from Argos. Very happy with Argos, tv arrived in store the day after being ordered. This TV is different and more up to date than our previous one so is taking a little time getting used to it. My husband preferred a Freeview box so that he can record programmes and this one doesn't connect to an external box so he's not over the moon but I like it.

i ordered on line and collected my 'new' TV from Argos in Argos Monkseaton, Whitley bay. On unpacking it, it soon became obvious the TV was not new, it was very dusty, there was no instruction book and the screws that held the stand in place were in an opened packet and had marks on them where they had been previoudsly used. I took the tv back to the store and was supplied with a new one the next day.

Very easy to set up for my elderly mother. She is pleased with the sound and picture, but not yet got to grips with Freeview Play (she's 94). The buttons used most frequently on the remote control could be bigger and the "on/off" for subtitles could be simpler. I don't think manufacturers consider older people when designing remote controls. However, overall she's happy with the purchase.

I reserved this TV and collected it from store easily. It was a bit fiddly to install by us but is easy to operate (I am not great with technology) and I love it. I use Netflix and it is compatible with my Freeview box for recording. All in all it is great. Because of the lockdown it is good to have a good larger TV to watch. The pictures for wildlife programmes and similar are fabulous.

A perfectly fine TV, with great picture quality for just being HD. Unless you exclusively watch BlueRays, I don't see the point in going a 4K TV when the image is so crisp on this Panasonic. The sound is good, but for a better Cinema experience I use some speakers purely because of the surround sound. Other than that the audio drivers are crisp and loud for playing video games.

I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and it's responding very slow.Its like there us a kind of glitch between remote control and the telly.I have to press the button a few times until it come.Switches off randomly.I had to disconnect it many times as it doesn't respond fot remote control.Im using it not that it's in my bedroom so I don't need to worry about these issues

A very good TV spoiled by a couple of niggles. The instructions are very poor leaving the less technically minded in the dark. The Freeview Play system would not work for most of the day saying that 'it could not connect to the Freeview server' although iPlayer and NetFlix were working OK. Later the same evening it connected OK and has been alright ever since.

Excellent delivery with in 24 hours of ordering , I’m a lady of 77 and I installed it with ease easy to put stand on and lightweight for me to lift good size for my spare room , that I’ve made intro a winter snug To save on my heating we have always had Panasonic’s , so great value for money and a good size as a 42 would have been to big for the room

the only downside I can think of is the buttons on the side......there are no buttons, just a small control stick. As long as you don't lose your remote this will never apply to you.....the TV quality is top notch, great picture and sound, connecting it is a doddle and getting online was easy peasy......ten out of ten for this tv.....

Overall for the size and price, this TV was the better option and the most sleek looking whilst attached to the wall. Installation set up was easy and downloading of the apps. Only fault is no Now TV app which is the manufactures problem and nothing more and is easily overcome if you are a "must have" Now TV watcher.
