It is what it is really. Just another battery for when you need to charge the one you have in your Ring Video Doorbel. Doesn't take too long to charge and lasts just as long as the original battery that comes with the system when you buy it. Very useful for when you're going away for a week or so and can't change the battery. Just charge it up before you go and it will happily do the job its intended to do!

Bought this to double the battery life on my ring spotlight. The light itself is brilliant and works perfectly in conjunction with my ring doorbell. The lack of wiring makes it a doddle to install so just needed the extra battery which allows you to double up the battery time and ensures no downtime (whilst one is charging the other is powering the security camera). No brainer.

I shopped around and Argos was the most convenient shop for a spare Ring Battery for my Doorbell and Spotlight Camera. I ordered online, collected in store after a couple of days and the price was the same as other online retailers.The battery itself has a long life, is easy to charge with the included USB cable and I now have a spare battery for quick changes.

Bought this as a spare for my Ring Doorbell 2 , always best to get the genuine item. Keep this as a spare and swap them over when needed , on my bell the battery lasts for about two months which is great , and takes a good overnight and day charge to charge fully from flat . Fits other Ring products aswell , reasonable price worth getting

I bought this battery as a back up for my Ring doorbell, it has excellent battery life as it only depletes one percent per day depending on usage, the one I use does, it takes between five to ten hours to charge depending on how much charge is left in it, an essential piece of kit for peace of mind and great value, I am glad I bought it.

I cannot praise the Ring doorbell enough! It is absolutely brilliant! However, because we are a busy household it does go off quite a bit which means the battery needs charging more frequently - but we have solved this by purchasing a spare so there is no need to be without the Ring whilst the battery is charging! Buy one today!!

The Ring quick release battery pack is essential to keep the doorbell working all the time and its always good to have a back up battery fully charged for when the one in the doorbell needs to be taken out for re charging you always have a spare one. Although its only supposed to take 8 hours to recharge mine took 12 hours .

The battery life is very good and I was very happy with my purchase. It did require a long time to get charged in the first place, and there are 2 different coloured lights that tell you when the battery is fully charged. It was easy to install the battery into the doorbell device and I have 85% charge left after a week.

The battery spotlight cam product is not as good as the wired product.I don’t know if it’s the battery power or the camera itself. I have a ring pro WiFi extender to ensure good signal.I have 3 battery cams, each with two batteries and two wired cams. I also have 3 floodlight cams.The wired ones are more stable.

I got this battery as an extra for my ring doorbell 3 as we don't have a wire to connect doorbell for a constant charge.We can charge this extra battery ready for when the battery in the doorbell goes dead and replace so we are always coveredIts inexpensive in my opinion so would highly recommend

The battery is good quality and takes around 5 hours to charge. Ring states the batteries will last 6-12 months however we have 2 batteries and neither get close to the advertised time a battery will last. So if you can hardwire the battery as this saves time and money and it’s more reliable.

While the battery for Door View Cam does last quite some time even with most of the high battery draining features turned on (which the Ring app very conveniently warns you about), it's very handy just to be able to swap out the battery with a fresh one with just a few seconds of downtime.

The batteries take a little while to charge, I left it overnight, so having a spare is very useful.I preordered this online and when I arrived in store it was ready for me to pick up immediately. No fuss, no hassle.I would definitely recommend the battery and using Argos to others.

The ring video doorbell battery isn’t the quickest thing the charge to 100%, at least in my experience. It’s no use having a video doorbell if is doesn’t work all the time. This extra battery pack solves that. Takes a few seconds to switch over and you’re ready to go again. Well worth it.

I required a solar panel for my Ring stick up camera in the end so never used the battery.The battery included in the stick up camera drained very quickly so I decided to return the battery, unused, so cannot comment on the I purchased, but the one in my Ring door bell works well !
