This product is a great little machine which is sturdy, compact and feels comfortable to carry and use. The instructions state the gauge is only to be used as a guide, but I found the gauge to be accurate after testing with a manual gauge. You can set the pressure you require. The connector is a screw on type so you lose a little air when removed, I think the machine compensates for this with 0.5 lbs of extra air. It wasn't as noisy as expected. (Compared to my old one) I find it quite fast too.

Substancial piece of kit, this is no plastic lightweight when it comes to getting the job done.Well designed and engineered. My delight is the connection valve. A simple brass screw in tube which is knurled for good grip. The instructions, mainly diagrammatic but straightforward. a backlit screen shows set pressure and pressure during inflation. it stops inflating when required pressure is reached. A switchable LED light included. An essential piece of equipment for owners of cars to Motorhomes

Very satisfied with product, best of several I've had in over 20 years.Design and manufacture practical, quality well above average, operation quiet, brass screw-on valve attachment on flexible hose gives good easy connection and has air release button.Instructions include caution about relying on accuracy of digital pressure readout, which was within about 1 PSI + compared to digital gauge; acceptable given unavoidability of air escaping when removing connection. Definitely recommended.

I've tried a few other Tyre infiltrators prior to this!!.This is the best i've used up to now, slightly more expensive, but worth the extra money. Very easy to use & set up, not too noisy & doesn't vibrate & dance all over the show when inflating the tyres.There is an handy dial so that you can set the desired tyre pressure & it switches off automatically when it reaches this. also comes in an handy quality protective case after you have finished using.Feels like it will last a long time too.

Excellent product, great quality. Very quick, easy to use and good lengthy power cable. Copper connectors, better than plastic ones. Flat tyre to 32psi tyre pressure within 1minute 13seconds. Backlit LCD display makes it easy to use in the dark and the torch on the front is perfect. Best of all just set the pressure on the LCD display and once the tyre is pumped to the number set on the digital display the tyre inflator turns off automatically. Overall great performance and excellent quality.

Compared to previous ones I've had, this one is actually quiet and does not vibrate all over the place when in use! It stays still! It also inflates quite quick. It's a small compact design and i like that it comes in a neat carry case which makes it ideal to keep in the boot. I had to study picture instructions (which took a while to understand) to operate as for me it was a little confusing but easy once you get the hang of it. I really like it but instructions took a while to understand.

This is an amazing equipment. I've tested it on my Nissan Note tyre and the psi was accurate because I used a petrol station pump to verify psi . I later repumped an old 4x4 two years dead flat large flat tyre within 4 minutes with ease and no sign of strain.I'll never ever go hanging around petrol garages to inflate tyres anymore. It's so compact and user friendly. It's kept in my boot. YES! I strongly recommend! I bought it from argos Chatham hi street after reserving it online.

This is a well made bit of kit . It has a fan that cuts in to stop the compressor overheating so feel this compressor will have a long life ; infact the overall construction of it gives you the feling that this will have a permenant place in your boot. I have used it to pump up small back tractor tyres and it showed no signs of strain .Setting up the desired pressure is easy and will show psi as well as metric . It comes in a cloth zip up case. Love it .

This heavy-duty inflator is easy to use, feels solid, not too heavy, possibly more compact than it may look, and relatively quiet. The brass connector screws onto (doesn't just "grab") your car or trailer tyre valves ensuring a secure connection, and the machine inflates quickly, cutting off when it reaches the pressure you set. The whole thing in its neat zip-up bag fits nicely under the driver's seat. Highly recommended, and worth the few extra pounds.

The inflator is compact but very efficient. It's easy to move and the cable and hose are good lengths so it's easy to set up. Takes a bit of practice to screw and unscrew the hose connector onto the tyre valves, but once mastered it's better than a push on connector. I've not had to inflate a very flat tyre yet so can't comment on this, but raising the rear tyre from psi 34 to 38 for towing took 45 seconds. The electronic settings worked a treat.

Bought this tyre inflator after reading reviews on others, most of which were poor build and performance. Decided to go with this heavy duty inflator and so far it's been great. Build quality is good and robust and the ease of use is so simple and straightforward that anyone can use it. So far I have used it on my van, my wife's car and my motorcycle without any issues at all. Would highly recommend. Great buy and hassle free service from Argos

The first one of these Tyre Inflators did not work properly as there was a 'fault' with the thread of the brass connector that screw onto the tyre to be inflated resulting in air coming out of the tyre before the pump was turned on.Replacement however was a different animal and worked very well when used with the car engine running. However I do wish Ring would pay more attention to their QC on supposedly finished product!

I have bought 2 other ones of different brands over the last couple of yrs and this one is the best yet. You set the pressure you want and let it run, it stops when it reaches it. If you find you have put too much pressure in you have a pressure release button easy! You can choose which pressure reading you want either in kpa bar or psi so you can't go wrong. It is a strong machine and very easy to use.

This review is based on using the tyre inflater only once. for I have only had it for a few week . it looks good and well built. and its so simple to use. and it pumps the tyres up pretty fast and stops automatically when set at the right presser. I paid £20 for one from Aldi not bad but did not last long. so I paid a bit more for this one how long it will last we shall see

Soooooo easy to use, and quickly inflates tyres. No longer need to stand ages using a foot pump, or messing around at the garage, paying extortionate amounts to pump up your tyres. This sturdy little unit is compact enough to take with you in the boot if your car. The measure us easy to read, and the instructions are clear and concise. Lovely little piece of kit.
