Good clear video excellent night view and great settings. Battery life is great, lasts for four weeks but get a spare as it’s a 24 hour charge. It is pricey and could maybe be a little cheaper. Sometimes has some lag in the response time which definitely isn’t my WiFi. Definitely recommend this but only gave 4* because of price and lag sometimes when detecting motion or connecting to mobile app, doesn’t happen most of the time but frustrating when it does.

As far as I can tell its brilliant for an over priced item simply (in my opinion) because it has "the Ring" name. I bought both the chime and the door bell itself for my elderly mother in order for me to keep an eye out for in coming and out going visitors.In that respect it is very good and would recommend both products to anyone in a similar situation or just want security.

Good product lots of components that are not required and not clear that you would require chimes for the house but very happy with the quality

Good door bell the only thing is the WiFi signal is not good enough and you need to get a ring door chime or you can’t hear it.
