This is a must own for any serious lifter. Very sturdy, great support, better than some 3mm I had before. Perfect for Squats, Deadlifts, etc. Easy to care for (no dryer). I own around 12-15 pairs of this exact model in a variety of colors. For 1 to actually break around the sewing mark, you would need extreme tension and even abuse. Start to show signs of wear after wearing it every day for 6-8 months. Hence, get 2-3 pairs.

Bought these to keep my hips warmed up when I do squats. They don't fit very tight but are tight enough to cause my hips and upper legs to sweat. I have another pair that I have used for several years that are still in great shape.

These are great I wear them most sessions, they are comfortable and really warm up the hip area,Only downside is the drawstring is not very good and snapped after first use, order a size down as mine are a little large

It's a tricky product as far as the size goes. I ordered a medium at a 31 to 32 waist and it just fits a tad large but the legs fit so perfect I'm in the thick of smolov and keeps my quads and hammys feeling right.

I read the reviews that suggested it was better to get the right size and I bought within my size range. However they are very tight and effective for a groin strain but I'm itchy after using them.
