I bought this casserole to replace my old enamel one as pyrex is so easy to clean and has the added bonus of being seethrough. I use it for the sunday roast and its excellent. However, I find when lifting it with the lid on that thedouble handles involved and even the dish itself are very slippy when using ovengloves. Extreme caution needed.Also although this holds a whole chicken it is not big enough to surround chicken with vegetables as is the way Iusually do the sunday roast. Having said that, I would still rather have this than enamel as they usually take on arather rusty look over time which doesnt look too healthy.

This casserole dish is just right for cooking for a large family. The only "downside" is that the handles are not as big as I would have liked (it's always good to have good-sized handles to hold, when carrying large dishes of hot food!)

I already used the dish and I love it! It's a great size, easily feeding 2-3 people (we are big ;), feels durable, suitable to be washed in the dishwasher, and in general just a handy thing useful in every kitchen. Recommended!

Bought to bake sourdough bread in as I thought the traditional Dutch ovens were quite expensive. This Pyrex dish works a treat, much better than just the normal cooking oven. The dish arrived quickly and well packaged.

Dish arrived promptly, well wrapped and intact. Good size-only used once so far to make Shepherd's pie and in my view held enough food for 6 decent sized portions. No issues

Bought to replace one my husband had chipped and this was exactly as described. Really pleased with it and it arrived earlier than expected.

it arrived quicker than expected and is great quality, i was not expecting it to be so big, but it is a really nice casserole dish.
