This is absolutely amazing. As my son was about to turn four he saw the advert on tv for these and decided thats what he wanted for his birthday.I've bought some other playmobil pieces before and they are still great quality like the ones I remember as a kid.This one is superb. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble and do the stickers etc so might be worth assembling first to save having an impatient kiddo bouncing all over you!Once done it looks and sounds fantastic. Lights are bright and they've nailed the siren!You get a pair of figures, backpacks and other accessories too.And the best thing about it, like other playmobil stuff, its really good quality.

Superb model of Ecto 1.I bought this for my son's birthday and I'm full of envy.As a 30-something the classic Kenner Real Ghostbuster's Ecto-1 was my most loved childhood toy. The Playmobil model knocks it out of the park. For a start it actually looks like Ecto 1. The shape, the stylings are all there. Then there are the roof-top gizmos. My childhood model merely featured white moulded approximations. This one has them all, in their proper colours. The figures & traps included are perfect and make a wonderful playset.The best bit though is the light and sound option. The LED lights are stupendously bright and it makes the noise. And I mean THE noise. The trademark wailing banshee sound that all Ghostheads love.

Was Christmas present for 3 and a half year old nephew. It's well built and I was surprised at the quality of the car and all the accessories.Very sturdy and when you start assembling the pieces you will soon notice how well it all fits together.At no point was I concerned that anything would fall off.The tyres are real rubber so the car rolls very smoothly but are a bit tricky to get on the rims, but was not too bad.Some f the stickers are very small so I had to use tweezers to hold them but again it was not too difficult.My nephew loved it so much that he wasn't bothered about his other presents, he just played with the car all Christmas day.Any fans of ghostbusters would love this as a gift,

Growing up in the 80s, cant but love ghostbusters. Ecto1 is a iconic car from the period and this model, although designed for kids is a excellent replica to show off on the shelf (or window sill as ours is at the moe). Kind of with the interior was a bit more realistic, but hey this is a playmobil and the car itself is already way better then you can imagine. Loved putting this together too, although might be smidgen too difficult for youngsters. The lights and siren are just awesome and will completely take you back. Very pleased with this. Would reccoemend without any doubt, you wont be disappointed.

The car looks sweet and it has blinking lights on the top accompanied with that familiar siren sound which can both be activated simultaneously or one at a time! A handful of stickers come with the to put on the objects and car but it's not a problem for any fan.I take one star off because of the packaging policy from Amazon - they just put a sticker on the actual toy box and sent it. When it arrived it looked like someone had kicked it around not to mention that ugly sticker on the box. All was intact inside though but still, unacceptable.

Got this as a Christmas present for my 5yr old and he has loved it ever since.It was pretty easy to put together with in depth instructions, and even easy enough for him to help me with. The sounds and lights are good fun when the batteries are put in (although the set does not provide batteries) and the figures come with a full range of equipment which is good for imaginative play.I cannot recommend this highly enough for children of that age and definitely plan to get more playmobil ghostbusters sets.

Playmobil plus Ghostbusters ? equals such parental jealousy!The usual level of playmobil indestructibility. There is an amazing level of detail on the car, and that means the build can be a bit fiddly but it’s so worth it. Once all of the lights and rails and traps are all built it’s even better than the real thing.Lights are a nice pulsating style and the siren is the authentic ghostbusters whine.Kids have so much good stuff. I love this and can’t wait for bedtime!

This is a really cool Playmobil set, the car looks fantastic. The stickers are a little fiddly but if you take your time they look great. The flashing LEDs on the top are great and the authentic Ecto-1 siren is brilliant. It comes with 2 characters which is ok I suppose, but you need to buy extra sets if you want the other Ghostbusters.My son also got the Slimer set which is a really good compliment to this set, as any of the other sets would be I suppose.

What a fantastic product. The attention to detail in this piece is quite amazing. It takes a little while to put together but that’s part of the fun. I can’t recommend this product highly enough. Playmobil really do take care with their products and this set is evident of this.Perfect for nearly all ages (apart from very young children due its small pieces) teens, adults, grandparents also. Brilliant!

To echo my husband, this is “the best thing I’ve ever seen”. Attention to detail is amazing, as always with Playmobil. They are slightly more expensive toys, but worth every penny for the play value. Inside are seats for all 4 ghostbusters and space to hang (‘charge’) the proton packs and the roof has lights and sirens. They’ve thought of everything!My little boy loves this, and so does his Dad!

Bought for my nephew’s 3rd birthday. He already has the HQ and the marshmallow man so this will complete the set for him. I had fun putting it together. Probably took me about an hour. The flashing lights and sound are good and bring the car to life. I really like Playmobil because they make good quality toys for children.

It was so great to go back to our youth with this toy. Ghostbuster's just doesn't age and it is brilliant being able to now enjoy it all over again with our children. Playmobil are always a little bit higher in price but the quality is second to none, which is why it remains a firm family favourite throughout the years.

This toy is truly fantastic! Really well made, very robust and looks great. It's a must have toy for any Ghostbuster fan! The siren noise is spot on!! I cant reccomend this, teamed with the HQ's enough... it's still played with as much now as it was when I purchased this *nearly* two years on...

Ecto 1 is very fun to play with. I also have the Ghostbusters firehouse and that is where it stays When I don't use it. My favourite thing about it is that it has lights and sounds. Another thing I like about ecto 1 is that you have room for all of the Ghostbusters and room for the proton packs.

A must for any ghostbusters fan - the lights and sounds just add perfection to what is an amazing toy! Well done Playmobil. Have seen comments regarding the doors not opening but I feel, for children, it's probably best they don't. However, a future version could have this added!
