My daughter spends hours playing with this and so it was a great buy. It is a self contained set and can be shut away with all the contents inside. The handle is brilliant as she can carry it around when shut and the clips to close it are sturdy, although sometimes the hinges have popped open (but this is easily solved by pushing them back together). It comes with so many little extras which make it such a worth while toy and so much fun to play with. I would say that the rooms are not overly large and so when all the items are put in it is a bit of a squash to play with. This is particularly the case with the kitchen and living room. I bought this for my 2 and a half year old daughter last Christmas.It's very well made, as I've come to expect from Playmobil products - It's sturdy, hard wearing and definitely toddler-proof! I like the fact that it's not pink like so many dolls houses are too, and can be easily moved around by the handle.There are so many accessories included, even down to little toothbrushes, food, and plates, that my daughter has lots of fun creating tons of scenarios and changing rooms around. There are some very tiny pieces included so be wary if your child likes to put things in their mouth! We kept the smallest things aside and introduced them when our daughter turned 3.There are lots of stickers to apply when setting up,

this is a very good toy and a perfect balanced quality/price rapport. As mentioned by other reviewers it is sturdy, comes in his original packaged inside an amazon box, basic furniture sets but the kitchen which is actually the only room with lots of extra pieces, like a quite good amount of food, two pans, 3 plates, glasses, jugs, coffee/tea set, and cutlery. Playmobil offer a good amount of extra room sets to buy separately at affordable prices, but honestly, it won't be necessary, unless your kid is really into it. The only flaw I found is the upper rooms are tricky as their shape is not rectangular as the ones on the lower level.The doll house is compact and does not take much space at all,

I was a playmobil virgin I must confess.So when child whacked it on her christmas list I was in uncharted territory. She asked for the hospital. On the basis of the great reviews I ignored her request and bought the doll house.Admittedly she only got it on Christmas day yesterday but has played with it non stop since. There are so many great and detailed little features; teeny tiny labels for the milk cartons and jars, water for the glasses, food items, even a tiny (soon to be lost) book for a bedside table.This definitely seems to be one of the best value sets in terms of what you get. I was lucky too that I watched it for weeks and bought when the price went down to £22.

So this.. my daughter was happy when unwrapping this for Xmas. But man did we get a surprise when we opened it for her to play with. I would of thought that a will house with items included would already be built. But boy was we wrong. If this is ever brought for a birthday or Xmas. Please open it up and be prepared to build every little thing in there. I've never had something so frustrating than this. Attaching the small toilet roll to the holder to building the kitchen side and fridge together (that includes the drawers in the fridge and then placing the tiny foods inside. Every single item apart from the people and pets need to be built up. EVERY single piece. But other than that.

where to start...I have bought 2 of these now one for my daughter (3) and one for my granddaughter (6) I think personally that a 3 year old is abit young as there are lots of small bits like cutlery etc in the house (ive put it away till next year) but my granddaughter loves her!!playmobil stuff is always fab but they have excelled on this one!! its jam packed full of people,furniture everything and the beauty of it is it can all be put inside the house when finished with and closed up,it has a carry handle on the roof so its a take anywhere toy..handy for visits to grandmas house etc. for what you are getting the price is amazing...my GD plays for hours with it.

Brought this for my son who is 2.5 years old as he loves dolls houses and I wanted one for him that isn’t girlie. This set is great and I like that we can add to it from the playmobile range. There are lots of accessories in the set, some are too small for my son as expected as this is for age 4+ I’ve taken the small parts out and there are still lots of house accessories for him to play with. He can have the smaller items when he is older. There are pieces to put together and stickers to attach, so I suggest opening this and doing the set up before wrapping if you are giving as a gift. It’s a great set and it’s @ bonus it clips together will all the bits stored inside

This is a brilliant value for money house with lots of cute colourful accessories. It's aimed at 4+ years. I bought it for my 3+ Grandson but have had to hide the smaller pieces like cups and cutlery for fear he will accidentally swallow them if while playing with them he puts them in his mouth. If I were marketing the item I would probably say 5+ age based on the size of the accessories alone. Even some of the chairs have plastic cushions that are less than 1 inch square. The furniture items are fine in size. There are four rooms: bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/diner and lounge. I would say the catch that opens the house is a little awkward for small hands.

My 4 year old son and nearly 3 year old daughter love this toy! I have been eyeing this up for well over a year and finally took the plunge. I was initially put off by all the pieces it comes with as I have enough stuff in my house without adding 2cm knives and forks to the mix but actually this has been a great purchase. The kids loved to set up the house and it helps to develop their fine motor skills as they set everything up. I thought I might have to put some of the smaller bits away but in the end I gave them the lot as littlest stopped putting things in her mouth a long time ago. A thumbs up from me!

Lovely compact playhouse with carry handle . Bought this for my grandson so was especially pleased to find one the right type and not obviously girly .. loads of small bits to play with so not for under age 3 . Beware.. I spent about 20 minutes unwrapping and putting together many of the tiny furniture items in the house , so it does need preparation time before your child plays with it .. well worth the money as my grandson loves itUpdate -2 years on and the doll house is still in great condition and my grandson still spends loads of time playing with it and organising all the furniture!

We love this little dolls house. I was worried my daughter might be a bit old for it at 5 but she’s played with it loads. One of the more successful presents. We chose it as it can be neatly packed away and carried around. The detail is fab. So many accessories and we’ve added some more people since who go with it perfectly. Highly recommended. Great for travelling around to grandparents houses.A part was missing on the door when it arrived but a quick call to playmobil and they sent it straight out to us. No bother. Playmobil is a great quality product. So sturdy and well designed.

This is a brilliant product! I ordered it to entertain my children over the Easter holidays; my youngest in particular, who is 3 is interested in role playing. It is very good value for money and well made. The small pieces can be a bit fiddly, but there is so much attention to detail.I like that it all folds up neatly, and it can be carried around the house keeping the small pieces safe inside.You can use add on Playmobil sets to build your own town, for hours and hours of play.Thank you Playmobil for keeping my children happy and thank you Amazon Prime for the speedy delivery!

Delivered today and my almost 2 year old was totally amazed by it right away! He was so engrossed and played with it for ages. Usually he would get bored and move on to the next toy after a while but there's too many bits and bobs with this for him to get bored. His wee imagination was running wild. It was a bit footerty to set up but didn't take too long and was well worth it. Tbh I actually had fun doing it ?! It's exactly what I was looking for and I have a happy content little boy!! Would defo recommend it, its super fun .... Even for adults haha!!

Our daughter loves this and will get a good few years enjoyment out of it. The only down side is there's a lot of fiddling around with very small components to begin with. You even have to place a small piece of plastic inside the tiny plastic glasses to make them look full with juice. Also lots of stickering to do. Again, very fiddly. No doubt many of the smaller pieces will end up under the sofa and scattered around. Overall though it's a decent little dollshouse and good value for money in this expensive niche of children's toys.

This is fabulous for imaginative play. The children i work with have spent many wonderful hours, its good for most ages young ones need supervision and maybe take out the very tiny items. Older children have also had lots of fun with this . It has lots of detail small hair brush, jam jars, cutlery pots and pans. I would have liked more figures but you cant have everything and it is so compact all items just pop inside and it can be carried about easily enough. I used little storage pots for the small items.
