My children absolutely love this Deluxe Doll House and especially my Daughter who makes a beeline for the house every morning when she wakes up and this is also the last toy she plays with of an evening when she puts the figures to bed for the night. This is her very first Doll House and I can see this lasting quite a few years as not only is it extremely robust but it can also be extended and extra's added to it such as working lighting and staircases which I am already planning on purchasing for it.One point I'd like to make is that the Doll House does come unfurnished and so if wishing to furnish the house you will need to account for the additional expenditure of buying the furniture sets for it.We have the Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and Master Bedroom sets and I have added additional photos to the attached video and slideshow showing how the sets look inside the house along with how the Doll House arrives without these furniture packs.The Doll House is mainly pink with a blue roof and it is a very decent size which I have measured and it measures approximately 54cm high from the base to the top of the roof, 58cm long on the longest edges and 25.5cm deep from the back edge of the ground floor to the very front edge of the porch steps.The Doll House does require assembling and arrives in pieces inside it's box along with an instruction box and a building tool. As this is the first Playmobil toy my children have had which has needed to be built, it did take me just under two hours to build but I wasn't rushing and did take my time checking the instructions (a lot!).The Doll House has six main rooms with two on each of the three levels and all of the windows open along with the front door. The Doll House also comes with two figures, seven window boxes, a balcony, a small planter for the front steps, a letterbox that really does open and a working front doorbell. You will need two AAA batteries for the front doorbell which are inserted in the battery compartment that then sits inside the house and you will also need a small Philips/Crosshead screwdriver for the battery compartment. The slightly frustrating part for me has been the flowers that go onto the flower boxes and planter (47 of them) as these have to be individually pushed onto their bases but also seem to be the first items to disappear into the black hole of lost toys in our home and so I may find myself having to superglue these on at some point to stop the nightly search for the missing flower under the sofa!The attention to detail on this Doll House is wonderful such as the designs on the window frames, tile detail and roof fencing on the roof and of course the front door, mailbox and working doorbell which my children are obsessed with pressing. There are even spaces on the walls to hang cupboards and pictures that come with the individual furniture sets.This is a beautifully designed, large and very robust doll house which is nice to play with to a point by itself but really comes to life with furniture added inside and I can't wait to see how it looks when I buy the lights and staircases from the Playmobil site to add onto the house (extras are only available from Playmobil directly apparently) and buy the other furniture sets that we don't already have from Amazon when they become available. My children and especially my daughter absolutely love the Doll House and to be honest I love it too even though I wasn't really a Doll House girl when I was a child.

This is a Deluxe Playmobil Doll House, with six rooms, a balcony, fully opening windows and all the little details you would expect from Playmobil - including a little mail box and even a working doorbell! I have been lucky enough to get quite a few Playmobil toys for review purposes, so I have got used to setting up the toys. Playmobil does take a while to assemble and this was probably one of the longest sets to put together, but it was not difficult once you got the first two floors done.One of the things I love about Playmobil is that it is not a 'character' toy. My daughter loves My Little Pony, etc etc, but these toys give children the scope to make up their own stories and have great imaginative play value.Like most dolls houses, this does not come furnished, but we are looking forward to buying the sets and putting the house together and I am sure we will enjoy decorating. You can not only buy furniture sets for this, but all kinds of extra toys which can go with this - such as a family car - to extend the play.Once you do assemble Playmobil toys, they are sturdy and do not come apart. Everything snaps into place and you even get a little tool to help you push the pieces in without hurting your hands. If you are buying this for a younger child, who may want to play with it immediately, it might be an idea to put it together first, as this looks pretty impressive when unveiled! It really is a wonderful dolls house; nicely made, with lots of space, easy to access from the back and with great play possibilities. As with all Playmobil toys, just be aware that there are lots of little pieces in the furniture sets, which could be choking hazard for younger children. Older children will appreciate the detail and this will provide many hours (if not years) of play.

My 5 year old daughter was very excited by this Playmobil Deluxe Doll’s House and I’m sure it’s something that she will get a lot of enjoyment from. It comes in a fairly large box with all the parts sealed in various plastic bags or bound together with elastic bands. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to put together, and assembly was fairly easy after figuring out how the connectors go into each section – there is a tool to help. The instructions are easy to follow, and overall it was a straight-forward build.The quality is everything that you would expect from Playmobil - It’s a solid toy that will take some knocks. I’m confident that this is the sort of toy that will be loved and handed down in the future.The house is light enough to move around and I could see it being easy enough to store away or even break down again if needed. Compared to our more traditional dolls house it is smaller and lighter, while still retaining much of the same charm.This Playmobil Deluxe Doll’s House comes only with two people, and a few external house accessories (plants, post box). I was a little disappointed that it didn’t come with any furniture. It would have been nice to have a few bits and pieces or maybe one room furnished. Without furniture it it’s just an empty shell of a house, so expect to have to pay out for extra rooms if you don't already have some. Also the furniture from our more traditional dolls house is too big to fit this one (not that this is a bad thing, just don't assume that you can use the same furniture between the two).I was impressed with the possibilities of this house though, from extensions and lighting to the various room options that are available from adding other Playmobil sets. A few token furniture items would have made this 5 stars.

A doll's house can be the centre piece of any bedroom and is the type of toy that will be played with for hours. There are loads of different types and Playmobil have entered the field with their colourful 'Deluxe Doll House'. This is a magnificent structure once it is built, all bright pinks and blues, with each window having a cute window box. And building is required; it comes almost flat pack in the box, but the simple instructions make it easy to assemble and most of the pieces almost just plug into one another. What is nice is that for something you build, it is very sturdy once up and will survive the trials of playhood like any wooden dollhouse.With its chic Victorian style and bright colours you just want to jump in and play with the house,but unlike many other Playmobil sets, this is sparse on the furnishings. In fact, you only really get two characters to play with and will have to rely on the bits and pieces of dollhouse furniture you have around the place already. This is a case of buying the razor and then needing to invest in the razors; there are several Playmobil dollhouse room sets available to buy at an additional cost. The great news is that the quality of these kits will be sky high like the house itself, but the negative is that if you buy the dollhouse on its own without an additional kit or two, you may end up having something you cannot play as much with.I imagine that like my house you have plenty of bits and pieces around the place to use in a new dollhouse, so you will still get great entertainment out of the 'Playmobil 5303 Deluxe Doll House'; even building it is fun. However, to get the most out of it consider the extras required, if you have the means, they will be worth it.

Playmobil is a big hit in our house and this Deluxe Doll House is no exception!! This is a fantastic house full of all the detail and imagination you would expect from Playmobil.It has six rooms, a balcony, windows that open and other fantastic details like a working door bell and a mailbox. It does not come with furniture, but there is a lot of fun to be had in letting your child pick the furniture and accessories they want. You can add to the fun with other Playmobil toy sets or cars etc...Our children have quite a few bits and people and will have hours of fun with this one added in!!The box comes with the parts in separate bags and a tool to help with construction. It took us around an hour to assemble,but was straightforward and easy enough to do. Once assembled, this house is very sturdy and will withstand lots of play and moving about, especially if like our children, yours like to move it from room to room!A fantastic toy to surprise your little one with, very impressive when built!!!

This is an absolutely fabulous set from Playmobil!I've built it today with my 8yr old niece, and we've both had a really enjoyable hour and a half putting it together, I found it really therapeutic and the instructions are very easy to follow. I grudgingly allowed her to help and she would definitely have needed supervision anyway.The pieces fit together via little plastic plugs and a little tool is provided which makes it easier to fit these into the holes already made for them and once they're in place your two pieces just push together.You build the house floor by floor and so by the second floor the assembly becomes quite predictable and satisfying,Once built,the structure is quite sturdy and my niece has been happily playing with it now, all evening and absolutely loves it, animals and figures from other Playmobil sets seem to have been added and there are furniture sets and spiral staircases, even extension kits available as add-ons.Another brilliant set from Playmobil!

As a doll's house - and there's a lot on the market - this is a nice, sturdy product, easily stored and light to carry. Assembly was slow but not hugely complex - still, it's an adult task rather than one for a child.The biggest disappointment was certainly the lack of housing items. Clearly this is because they want you to buy all the furniture seperately as it's a whole range of rooms and items, but most other houses are sold with at least something. That said, the house is pretty delightful and seeing it completed, you do get the urge to buy perhaps 'just one set'...The items are detailed and long-lasting. Lego kits seem to have dominated the toy market lately,but I really don't see the appeal for young kids - they simply come apart and aren't designed for extended play. Playmobil is the kind of traditional toy that can be packed up and passed down.

well-what a happy trio we have here at home. The previous Playmobil house from the late 90s had been recycled and well loved and this house is super smart with its balcony and plants and working bellthe detailed furniture sets are really well worth purchasing to go with this and I have just been persuaded to buy the vintage bathroom new set for this house so I feel its going to be a whole new adventure-the young boys love dolls houses as well as the girls so I am sad its super bright pink but they dont seem to bother as its all exciting inside as ever which is what they are interested in and there is a jeep parked outside it tonight so they are all happy!check the height as its quite a tall house when all constructed....

This Playmobil Doll House comes in a fairly large box. Upon opening it I was initially daunted with the array of parts to be assembled. But it soon all became clear and took about an hour and a half to put together. Playmobil is a quality product and this house feels pretty substantial and should put up with years of use. It also looks really lovely and any young child will be delighted with it.It comes unfurnished - and if you want to use Playmobil furniture it will probably cost an average of £20 a room. Seems pricey but not when seen as a long term investment in children's happiness.An excellent product.......

My three year old daughter literally loves this Dolls House / Princess House, it is very pink and very cute and although she is still quite young she still loves playing with it with her 5 figures she has, the house has a cute front door bell and is the show piece of any Playmobil collection. It takes around 20 minutes to get this setup but will last a lifetime (we still have Playmobil dating back 20 years that is in perfect condition). Overall very strongly recommended.

This is a really lovely dolls house. It is strong and sturdy, well made, and of the quality I expect from playmobil. It is very girly and my daughters think of its wonderful.It did take ages to put together. I did it with my partner, and I have to admit this is the one area of playmobil I find really frustrating.But if you want a good size dolls house, complete with doorbell (!), which you want to last - this is a brilliant option.Would recommend

I bought this on special offer for my daughter's birthday along with a couple of sets with babies in.She absolutely loves it. She had 2 friends come and play for her birthday and they spent the whole day huddled around it playing with the people. I've even seen the moody teenagers play with their little sister. (just the once mind)It comes completely in pieces but it's easy to clip together and the instructions are easy to understand.

Parents cannot go wrong with playmobil! The quality is second to none. My 5 year old daughter is delighted with her dolls house and I am now planning on extending it. We fitted the lights and they are a lovely addition to the house. Be prepared to assemble, it took an hour and a half for my husband and I to build. It's good fun though. Totally recommend this product and I am looking forward to many years of happy imaginative playtime.

I've accumulated a lot of playmobil sets over the years and this house is just great to give them all a home.It looks supercute in my daughter's bedroom and is easily accessible. There are lots of rooms to change the setting and keep the fun in playing with it. When not used, it's easily pushed to the side but still adds a nice touch to a child's room.It is tedious to put together, but it's totally worth it.

I love Playmobil - it's great at prompting imaginative play in a way that tablets and screens just can't. And this dolls house is every little girl's dream. It takes a while to put together but that is pretty straightforward to be honest. Then please note that you will have to get the furniture and accessories separately. But it's sturdy and will provide hours of fun in a made up world. Brilliant.
