It's one of these things that you get what you pay for. Cracking quality if a little heavy. If you need bomb proof protection this is your guy. If weight is an issue get their Air range, 90% the strength but lighter and cheaper. Pelican, if your listening, they could do with slightly larger and softer wheels. It's a pity that the European versions do not include the name plate engraving.

I carry heavy tools and this case has so far been great. I've loaded it to about 30kg and its been through the airports system just fine. Handle feels a bit bendy but hasn't broken. It arrived with just a label stuck to it (no exterior packaging), which for me is fine, but because of this it had taken a couple of scuffs before it even got to me. Would buy again though.

Protects the content very well, but remember it is a rather heavy suitcase, so you can't put much weight in it if your airline has a weight restriction on the hand luggage. The airline I use have a 8 kg restriction on hand luggage, and when the suitcase itself takes up almost half of that weight, it can be a "challenge".

If you have invested in good camera equipment I would recommend this product. Recently I had to replace my CF reader in my Canon 7D and that cost me more than the Peli case.So if you have expensive equipment . Don't wait until you have to repair the problem.Better to have and not need , than need and not have.

Peli.... Aw orth every penny in my humble opinion, the 1510 is wheeled with a sturdy extending handle that holds a laptop bag perfectly, I use it for tools when flying abroad and it will take anything you throw at it, imitated but never beaten.. peli is a case for life.

I’ve had mine for well over a year now. It’s transported a good 20kg of tools to over 20 countries and is still in great condition. You get what you pay for, this will easily outlast five normal cases.

Excellent tool case, got sick of the baggage handlers throwing my previous boxes all over the place, then having to spend ages repacking tools, also they haven't manage to smash this one yet

Very snug fit for the URSA Mini Pro with an SSD dock attached. Fits my Camera, Sigma Lens, Two batteries, battery Charger, 3 sets of SSD storage media and various cables.

Great robust case for carrying kit. No foam included in this version. Very well built. Weight seems heavier than 2Kg on listing, I estimate 6-8Kg.

It is a peli! not much to say. It is just great and if combined with a trekpak insert system it is even more awesome!
