I ordered a medium as I'm 32" waist, but the medium was huge! very baggy and also too long (i'm nearly 6ft)Amazon's returns were excellent as usual and I exchanged for a small which was a far better fit, but actually still a little big.I bought them mainly for working outdoors during winter. Many of these thermal leggings claim to be warm, but I've tried several and most are not warm at all, in fact some with the shinny material actually make you feel colder even though they claim to be warm!? These Odlo X-Warm seem to be the best I have found, but it is a bit strange that only certain areas of them are soft fleece lined and not entirely fleece lined. If they had the lining all over then these really would then be X-tra warm.

The Odlo quality, when you buy it, you know you want go wrong.Those pants are soft, warm, they kept me in nice temperature when i run early in the morning. Perfect for winter or mid season.
