My partner and I are expecting and we've heard how reputable NUK are, and thought this starter set was adorable and contained a lot of necessities we probably wouldn't even consider buying, so it's definitely helpful for newbies like us (first time parents!).Pros:- Cute little set with plenty of "first" items all bundled in a high quality zip-up washbag- Fully compliant with safety regulations, made of non-toxic materials- Has things in we wouldn't have thought of, especially the gum massager and first tooth brush- Neutral colours so suitable for both genders- The little scalp brush is incredibly soft, feels lovely to the touch and ergonomic in the hand- Teething rings pull apart easily - there are two different textures depending on the need of your little one,

At first I though that this product might be a bit overpriced At 16.99. We are finally getting the nursery ready for this little bundle of joy and forgot how much a newborn actually needs.I don’t usually use the NUK brand but I have decided to give it a go we have got bottles, dummies etc so this little gift set was a lovely additional to add to the collection.It’s a welcome set (0 to approx 6 months) which includes a dummy, hairbrush, nail scissors, teething set and a toothbrush set some of the items won’t be needed straight away but they come in a lovely zip up storage bag.The retail price (£16.99) is quite high for this set compared to other brands on the market.I have not tried anything out yet as the little ones is not due for a couple of months but looking

On the face of it, this is an expensive set for a first time parent, but the quality of the equipment quickly becomes apparent.Knowing the NUK brand and trusting their quality in the past I have come to expect resilient and lasting quality.The scissors and the hair brush are a perfect initial essential for the new baby. Both of which are of rather good quality. The bristles are soft and the handle feels comfortable in my grasp. The scissors come with a protective shield that can be popped on and off for safety.The teethers, one of which can be cooled; and the toothbrush will come into their own in what feels like a blink of an eye in retrospect. This NUK baby welcome pack is both adorable and completely functional. The small zip up bag is neutral in design and a good size for home and travel. Each of the bags contents are made to a high standard and are very useful. The toothbrushes/teethers are thick for durability and soft for baby hands to hold. The nail scissors have a protector for safety. The dummy comes in an excellent little holder to keep clean and the dummy itself is designed for new babies 0-6 months with a formed teat for breast mimicking.I have recently starting using the NUK starter baby bottles and they have the same high quality manufacture.I really do recommend this product for new parents needing some well made

This cute set would make a lovely baby shower present for a first time mum. I say first time because generally after your first you learn what is useful and what isn’t and find the products that work best for you.This pack includes 8 different items;A soother, a soother box, baby hairbrush, baby nail scissors, teether set and two tooth brushes all in a very nice easy clean bag.The items are all nice quality however I do feel that half of them are a bit useless and not worth the money that this set costs. The items are very “basic” so not the best of the range for each one. Like I say a nice set, and would make a cute gift, but honestly you would be better building your own.

This is such a cute gift for a baby shower, it contains lots of useful items that you sometimes forget to buy.The bag has a star design and it’s a neutral grey colour so suitable for a boy or girl, the mint theme on the zip is mirrored on the toothbrush but it would have been nice if the other items were that colour as well, instead of beige.It’s a little expensive because the items could be purchased for much less and it’s rare that you tend to keep the bag when given gifts like this.I think it should have incorporated a thermometer and nail clippers to compete with a lot of other similar items available.Hope you found my review helpful

This set includes everything that a newborn baby might need. I love the fact that they provided a protective bag for all of these items, and also a protective case for a soother. The bag is useful for travelling and can store a few more bits inside. Although this set might be more expensive, it is made by NUK which makes great products, I got a few of their product before and I was really happy with them. I just wish they provided one or two more soothers in case one is being washed, or a clip for a soother because I know they can often be lost.Overall, this is a good basic set for a newborn baby and is a great gift for upcoming parents.

A really lovely 7 piece welcome set for mother and baby. Comes well presented in a grey with white stars zip storage case. The kit includes *dummy/soother *soother box *brush *nail scissors *teether set *cleaning trainer *brushing trainer. Its compact so doesnt take up alot of room, but also provides space for you to add anything else in to store altogether. The price is quite reasonable for all that's included, all being useful items. All the items included are of real good quality and perfectly designed. Perfect giftset for all newborns, be it your own or a gift for new baby or a baby shower.

This lovely little unisex welcome set would be the perfect gift for a new Mum or Mum to be! It comes in the cutest little grey and white star pattern with a gorgeous mint green lining and zip. It has 8 essential items included that are perfect for a newborn, all the way up to 6+ months/the teething stage. I particularly love the cleaning and brushing trainers - My 5 month old is currently teething so she seems to love these and finds them very soothing for her gums and they also get her used to the idea of brushing her teeth early on!

This is a beautiful set for any new born or babyYou get 7 different items within the bag including scissors, a tether, two toothbrushes, a dummy, a box for the dummy and a little hairbrush all of which are of good qualityThe choice of colours being quite plain is good as the set is unisex.The bag is lovely and can be used to carry other bits in when out and about.I do think the price is quite expensive for what it is compared to other brands which have similar items however the quality is really good.

I wasnt rushing to write a review because wanted to try first all the things. Very good quality, everything what you need from very beggining. The best thing for me was brush - its amazing, soft my baby fells asleep while I brush her ^. ^ She also loved the dummie! I have tried atleast 5 different brands and she just hated them and wanted to choke. But this one - its very soft, not big dummie so stays nice on mouth. Scissors are sharp!!!! Also tried brushes they quite good.
