As the title suggests, I've been a parent for over a decade. Four children, two Godchildren and three nieces later and I can say with some authority I've tried pretty much every 'non-spill' cup on the market.Cue an insomnia fuelled hunt one witching hour and I came across this Nuby cup, and decided to give it a whirl given a) it wasn't expensive (compared to many on the market), b) it had a hard spout and we've been trying to move my daughter on from her Tommee Tippee bottle at bedtime and c) it looked to have a completely different valve mechanism to previous buys.After a few weeks I can confirm I have found the toddler holy grail.B has accepted the cup with glee (previously only interested in her 'baby'

I was dubious at first due to some of the negative reviews but for the price I thought I'd give it a go... I agree its not as pink as the item pic but my 1 year old daughter immediately loved it and it went everywhere with her all day... Suddenly my partner said it was leaking (which it hadn't done before)... I was ready to complain and send it back until I opened the bottle and realised why... There is a cap inside which needs to be securely closed to stop it from leaking (it was slightly out - not knowing it was there it's a chance it wasn't completely closed to start with and opened more through the day) .. Pics to show the part I mean... Having realised this,

My toddler was able to drink easily from this bottle straight away. His little hands can grip it easily even without the handles he is used to on his other sippy cups. It is small enough that he can even drink from it with one hand. The lid is really handy, it can twist downwards and get out of his face as he tips it up to drink. The lid is made out of 3 separate pieces but they clip together easily and when on properly they really are leakproof!One fault is that it isn’t ‘bite proof’ as it claims to be. After a few uses the spout was clearly bitten.I would buy this product again, I might buy the glow in the dark one so that he has different coloured bottles.

I honestly can not praise this cup enough. So much so, that I've bought 4 in the past few days in different colours.My 20month old daughter is going through a phase where she likes to spill her water and juice. I've tried so many different cups in all shapes and sizes but she always manages to work out how to spill it, from tapping it on the table to putting her finger under the non-spill top n turning it upside down.This seems to be the only one that she hasn't managed to spill (trust me, she's tried... lol) It's a good size, pretty colours, nice design and most importantly, non spill when you've pushed in the nozzle thing inside it.

Overall this is a great bottle, hard wearing and does not let any juice or water out. But I felt the need to make other parents aware of the cleaning issue I’ve just found. I have the not leak plug bit stuck in it the teat every day & at the end of every day I pull the plug out, give it a wash in hot soapy water and leave to dry over night. I had a in depth look inside the teat itself and when I looked it was thick black in there ???it’s taken an overnight soak in Milton tablets for the black to come off. Overall I would 100% recommend this bottle but I would also be very cautious with cleaning

Bought the bottle as an upgrade for my 13 month old daughter from a straw cup, she seems to like it however still has trouble getting water from the bottle on her own! She literally has to tilt her head and bottle upwards to get the water, with practice she may be able to hold it on her own in a couple of months. i don’t see a 12 month old being able to do so, i guess this should be for 15months old and aboveUpdate: unfortunately after a couple of uses my daughter threw the botte from the high chair and the lid completely broke

This bottle is amazing. My boy would always manage to make a hole in his soft spout cups, making them leek within a matter of weeks but this one is pretty great. You can make it free flow or non-spill really easily and it’s easy to take apart and clean. BUT I really wish that there was some sort of air hole so that when it is non-spill, it isn’t too hard to drink from. That is the one thing it hate. The air can’t get in so he has to stop after 3-4 sips so that he can then get more out. Otherwise, great so far??

So far so good, weve had problems with our 1- 1/2yr old coming off baby bottles and strugle to find a cup that doesnt leak and she will happily drink from. After this was delivered o washed it out and filled it with juice and gave it to her and so far she seems to be having no problems. She even lobbed it across the floor and its ok. Love the colour, shape is easy for hee to hold with one hand being that theres no handle as well, and its a nice size. Doesnt seem to come out to quick and it doesnt leak

It is leak proof. But doesn’t ‘withstand bite marks’ as claimed.I bought 2 and both have been completely chewed up.Being chew proof is essential with a toddler cup so Nuk needs to work on this. They’re onto a winner with the leakproof of this cup as I’ve not found another that lives up to this...but the spout definitely needs improvement.Would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the spout issue.If you don’t mind replacing the spout every few months then this is the cup for you ?

This is perfect for my daughter!! Doesn’t leak and comes open easily to clean. But my daughter has bitten on it. Which causes a weird peeling but it doesn’t bother her too much. This is the second one I’ve bought as a spare. My mum tried to clean out the rubber bit with a sharp object damaging the no leak rubber. Don’t stab at the rubber or it will not work in stopping leaks. My daughter never got used to regular bottles with teets this has been the best one she’s got on with.

This is a great cup, but doesn’t last long if your child is a biter. We’ve had it for 3 months, and today I noticed the spout has actually split. So not exactly bite-proof as advertised! I was hoping to buy a cup that would last us, as I hate constantly replacing them, but unfortunately we’re on to the next one. Otherwise it’s been fine, The bottle itself has sustained lots of bumps and drops, and is scratched but otherwise survived.

My son loves these. He was a nightmare for chewing his bottle teats and even though he has tried to do the same with these, he has had no success and has completely given up trying to chew through it.They are very easy to take apart and keep clean. The little belt clip has also proven to be a handy added extra. When we are out my son has learnt to slip the clip over his pushchair straps so he doesn’t loose it when he falls asleep.

Very much leak proof. This was a must. I was worried it boasted it but didn't perform. But it absolutely did. My 20 month old uses it for water but has an absolute meltdown if its taken away from her at night time so we NEEDED something that wasn't going to soak her or the bed. Also saved my couches from being water stained over and over. It's easy to clean, holds a great amount of liquid and also is perfect for little hands. 10/10

Arrived just in time to help my 21 month old off the bottle. I was worried she wouldn't take as we have tried many before. She's milk dependant and so i needed a bottle large enough to fill for the night, leak proof and bite proof. This bottle ticked all requirements I needed.She has bitten many teats and I know she will have a good go of this teat too.Overall happy and ordered another bottle for her. Thank you.

My son would chew through all of his bottle dummies so i decided to give this a try! It has teeth marks on it yes but its going stong! Hahaa! I love how easy it is to clean although the dummy part had a little clip at the bottom which helps the milk flow. This clip is so annoying and needs a lot of strength to pull away which can get frustrating esp as you obviously wash the bottle out completely after every use.
