Pulls sweat away from the body. I don't run without it(i could, but i don't want to) Just make sure you correctly measure your chest and waist before buying the shirt.Also, the compression is already accounted for in the size chart. For example, i have a 44 chest and i wear large. When the shirt i ordered arrived it looked like a small shirt, but once i put it on it felt just right without being too tight.Measure, buy, and enjoy.

In the colder weather i get number forearms and this top was recommended by a friend of mine, i couldn't believe how good the top was when i first wore it. You really don't feel like you're wearing it, its like a skin, which great and as it weighs nothing its great as you're not wearing a thick top.Overall its a fantastic top and i would recommend it to anyone who wants a top that keeps them warm but is light weight.

Bought this for Football, mainly 5 a side. As i play in goal i needed something to wear in the winter and summer, as playing in goal on astro turf in the summer, can give you burns on your elbows. this is comfortable to wear all year round. will be buying a few more.

Ordered this product from abroad, got it at a reasonable price (delivered it to an US address), here at my country its almost double the price, these shirts are purpose built essentially as a force multiplier for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, Highly impressed !

It's like I expected, comfortable, and you can also use for swimming in sunny days. I have used to do wakeboard and was ok, just had to pull the sleeve back some times but it's ok.

Bought this for my husband for xmas - he loves it - lovely fit - although at first glance it looks way to small but he says it does the job on wintery days on the golf course

Helped me survive the morning jogs even when it was snow outside and I am not from a place where it snows, so I used to feel extra cold, but it works and fits wonderfully.

The shirt is a great base layer, I have used it for both running and skying (@ -25 and still warm!)The item was delivered on time as per the description, all was good.

Warm skin, great for under other layers playing football and cycling in the winter, can't really tell your wearing it after you get going.
