At 43 years old, and being large breasted, I have had not luck in finding a supportive sports bra that doesn’t make my boobs look like a horizontal sausage.. never had full support, no matter what the label said.. until today!! I am absolutely Amazed with this bra.. it’s seriously a life changer. It has moulded cups, so my breasts still look like 2 breasts instead of the sausage situation I described above. It also lifts them to wear nature intended them to be! No wires made this very comfortable and it stayed put through my whole gym session today. I just cannot believe that a non wired bra can give you so much support, and make you look good too! Size wise, I wear a 34E, and I bought an ‘XL D-E’.

Overall love this bra, provides great support for large busts for a range of activities and is super comfortable. It also makes my boobs look pretty good (i.e. not a smushed uni-boob which is what I get with most sports bras), even more so than most of the regular bras that I have! My one complaint which others have mentioned as well is that it does chafe when running - I've gotten chafing/scabbing right about at my collarbone when out running with this bra, which is a bummer because it otherwise would be perfect. I'm a 36DDD and bought the L(D-E) size; I do spill a tad bit over the top, but the bra is designed with sufficient coverage such that you can't really tell so it's all good.

I was 8weeks postpartum when I decided to purchase a new running bra. Before pregnancy I was able to do my running and other exercises in cheap and simple sports bra as my cup size was A/B. Didn't need a lot of support basically. But after having a baby my cup size went to size C and I'm breastfeeding still so I needed really good support. I was hold back a little bit because of price. For me to pay what it costed me is a lot for a bra. But I don't regret even a little bit. This bra saved me from painful breasts. It gives excellent support. It provided me with the best support through the skipping, running, gym session. I'm very pleased.

I love this bra so much that I actually went and bought a second one today. Due to lockdown and gym closures, I took up running which was great to start off with but I soon found out that breasts can chafe! I did a bit of research and found that compression bras aren't the best for running so decided to purchase the alpha bra, despite the price being more than I would usually spend on a sports bra. I'm usually a 34DD so I ordered the Medium D-E, which was a perfect fit. It is really comfortable and it encapsulates your breasts so they don't bounce around. I also love that there is a breathable section between the breasts and that it isn't a low cut bra.

This bra is absolutely amazing in any color except for white. As a petite woman with a decent sized chest I was so happy to find a bra that supports my chest without making it difficult to breathe. Thanks Nike! For reference, I am a 32D. I have purchased 3 black bras that have made my other black bras irrelevant. I love that the cups stay in place so I don't have to reinsert them after washing. Now for the bad--my white bra has been worn and washed twice. I use active wash on my bras and air dry them. It now looks like it's more than 5 years old--it's no longer white but a dingy, awful yellowish in some spots and grayish in others. It's so bad that I would not wear this with the straps peaking out.

I've been looking everywhere for a bra for running, and I love this. I'm small but a bit busty, and have been wearing two bras to keep everything from bouncing around and chafing when running. I'm generally a 34C or 32D, so ordered the S (A-C). Not going to lie, I was hesitant to get the small and was really worried about it being too small because I've never fit into anything made for an A cup in my life, but once I got my girls strapped in they are definitely not going anywhere. My rib measurement is 30" and bust is 36" if that's helpful. Anything over 30" would definitely need a medium, but this works great for me!

I am VERY picky when it comes to sports bras. I am a marathoner and I am a size 32D/34C and I really love high support bras, but most have so much compression they suck the life out of me. The adjustable straps are MONEY and the fact that they are on the back and not the shoulders is absolutely brilliant. No digging in that way! This bra is super flattering too. I got the size small as the size chart suggested and I'm very happy with the way it fits. I want more :)

When i first bought this bra I was a little worried it wasnt going to give me the support I need (36C) because of the lack of wiring. I wore it throughout the day to really test it agains my routine and was pleasantly surprised of how comfortable and incredibly supportive this is. I do a range of exercises from running to HIIT to yoga and pilates and have been so blown away with the overall performance, I've just purchased another one. Thank you Nike!

I have always struggled to find a good sports bra and am a 32D, I have tried multiple bras from various other shops and have always found they lose shape quickly and don't give me the support I need despite claiming they are high support. The second I put this on it strapped everything in and held it in place, would really recommend to anyone trying to find a great, long lasting bra!

I’m pretty flat chested, and with some padded sports bras the shape can go a bit funny after a few washes - which doesn’t take long if you’re having to wash it nearly everyday. This sports bra keeps its shape perfectly. Also, some padded sports bras can be a bit Madonna like... Personally for me this gives a natural shape. I’m really glad I bought 2 as it’s a new favourite.

Best support for ample bosoms. I am a 38DD and I run half and full marathons. The Alpha is the best bra I have tried (and I have tried a lot, including the SheFit). The price is worth it. You get what you pay for, and the Alpha is high quality. I own more than one and plan to replace my fleet of "over the shoulder boulder holders" as they age out with more Alphas.

So pleasantly surprised by how supportive and flattering this sports bra is. I run and do HIIT workouts and was looking for something that would limit bounce without looking and feeling like a corset or similar torture device. This works well. I have yet to try a longer run with it. For reference, I am 5’4, 130lbs, and 30E/32DD and got a S(D-E).

This is finally a sports bra that fits! The combination of a small band with larger cups basically does not exist elsewhere on the market. And it does it all without squeezing in the wrong places - looks great and almost effortless when worn, and is super comfortable. Well done Nike for this - this should definitely become your staple.

I ordered this as I wanted to try a sports bra that has cup sizes/ more specific sizing rather than a generic one. It's great! I am a 34DD and got a M D-E size. When I first tried it on i felt the straps were a little tight at the top although that went a way quickly and they left no marks after I took it off (wore it for hours).

As a marathoner, I put in a lot of time training. I have a B cup, but needed a lot of support while breastfeeding my child postpartum. I tried countless bras and this bra proved to be the BEST in support, functionality and easy on/off. Finally! I now own three of them. Please make more and in a variety of colors!
