I was recommended this to try by a Dermatology Nurse. I have massive sore patches of hard dry skin on my scalp,; looks alot like cradle cap but much thicker. When it flaked of it came with clumps of my hair still stuck to it.I applied small amount and left it few minutes, rinsed and repeated. I love the smell but then i love the smell of bleach, kids moaned about the pong.Once i was ready to dry my hair i was able to use my styling brushes without pulling or catching the flaky skin, ive ran my fingers over my scalp and it feels much reduced. Hoping using this twice a week will fully clear my scalp up and stop it returning.

I have psoriasis (big flakey dandruff can be size off nails) and slight normal dandruff. used this product years ago but ive got dry hair and it dried it even more so though will go for head & shoulders but problem has come back and tried many things but just wont go away, for months!! Used this again and on first wash, all gone! Unbelievable honestly, cannot praise enough how good this is for psoriasis or hard to budge dandruff.I just have to get used to using this and then a conditioner after

Perfect for settling your scalp after perms or colouring/highlighting. Fresh coal-tar smell soothes an itching scalp and helps to heal any skin problems. It is the one thing I go to whenever I have any kind of scalp problems and from the first use it always calms down any scalp flare-up and restores both my scalp and hair to lovely condition. My bathroom cabinet wouldn't be without a bottle!

I buy this for my dad who has suffered of dandruff all his life. A friend with very shiny hair recommended it and it seems to do wonders, as my dad has asked for more. I've never used it myself as I don't have dandruff; I hear the tar smell takes some getting used to but is well worth it. A therapeutic miracle it seems! Would recommend it on the account of my dad's experience with it.

This Shampoo was very good for treating dandruff.It has a great quality, it is really useful from its first use. I personally used it and it was very effective. I was very pleased with this product.

I have had psoriasis for about 4 yrs, big flakes etc... nothing actually works on it apart from this t-gel. You do need to use every 2 days, when it is not flared up maybe 1 time a week

After using American Crew Hair Colouring I have developed a very itchy scalp. I have tried a number of products which only helped marginally but T/Gel has solved the problem.

An effective shampoo to eradicate dandruff and itchy scalp with regular use.. It does what it prescribes. Easy to use. Leaves the hair after rinsing fresh and soft.

This is the only shampoo that makes my scalp feel clear from my psoriasis stops itching and reduces the dry scalp also stops my sons dandruff as well

I used to suffer with dandruff and have now been using the therapeutic shampoo for a number of years and the original problem has never returned

Worked amazing as it suggests. The smell isn’t great but leaves her super clean with a brilliant shine! Really does the job!
