We bought this for our 3 year old when we potty trained him recently as we had one years ago for my oldest son and he loved it and it really helped him potty train. However my 3 year old, who is fairly big for his age, struggled to sit on this seat comfortably and we had a few accidents. In the end we decided to put the seat away as it wasn't really benefitting him. We have however kept the stool which is great. Overall, good value for money and I do like these seats for potty training, however for us, this time round this seat didn't work for us.

The seat is perfect for a toddler and easy to put in place in a hurry - as it usually is for toddlers. It sits over the normal seat and doesn't slip at all. My toddler is very happy to use it. Unisex colour - ideal for future sprogs. The step is a good height , easy to move with finger holes to the side and has a non slip top. We are delighted.

This toddler toilet seat and step are very well made. Sturdy too - stands well on the floor. Easy to move the step thanks to the finger holes at the sides. Obviously appealed to the little person who was to use it as she tried it out immediately, with great success!

Good quality toilet seat, rubber base stops it slipping on top of actual toilet seat. I'd consider buying another set for our spare bathroom. Step also of very good quality. Good well considered design at a very good price.

Really good box & seat. Needed a seat for a square shaped loo seat & this works. Also has holes in the box which makes it much easier to pick up then the other 1 we have without. Good value for money for both.

Designed thoughtfully - like all Ikea products. Only found the still a bit short - 3 year old is unable to reach the sink comfortably. Will help to have the same thing in different sizes.....

Sits onto the toilet seat very well and stays there. My 3 year old boy was comfortable on it straight away. Very happy. The step stool is good too and doesn't slip around.

this is very good , very good for any toilet seat . non slip and my son feels safe sitting on it. we had another one but it was very slippy so very happy with this.

The toilet seat fits nicely on the toilet and doesn’t slide around. My son is comfortable sat on it. The step is also good and sturdy and doesn’t slip around.

Great items. Easy for my little one to use / move stool about. Easy to clean & must have for parents who want to potty train straight onto toilet.

Ideal for both my 5 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. Seat sits securely onto the toilet seat and the step is very sturdy and non slip.
