Excellent product. I took ages reading lots of reviews about size, quality, hot handles etc etc.The purple colouring is great. The pans fit well together so no steam escaping out of the sides. The handles DONT get hot, I've got wimpy fingers according to my husband and I didn't get burnt! Cooked for a family of four with no issues. Still plenty of space. The bottom pan has liquid level measures on them which some may find useful.Another bonus is, that no matter what your preferred method of cooking is, be it gas, electric, induction, halogen etc, these are able to cope. I'm very pleased with this; I love fresh, freshly cooked mixed veggies, wanted a steamer of modest size but good quality, didn't want to pay the earth for an electric appliance to do a task that could be accomplished on the stovetop, and I wanted something to match my retro cream and green theme.Another plus is that the bottom compartment and glass lid are safe in the oven up to gas 4, so can be used as a casserole too.It comes with a small leaflet of dos and don'ts and safety instructions, but nothing on exactly how to steam the veg. I already had a steamer so I knew they work very well but I needed a steel one to work with an induction hob it still takes about twenty minutes to do the veg and spuds but as everything goes into the steamer its cheaper than using two or three hobs. I do the meat in an air oven and that takes twenty minutes as well.The only downer is the handles stand out a bit far from the body of the steamer so its a bit awkward for me to handle one handed and yes ti as go two handles but sometimes its more convenient to use only one.Happen its me.Anyway I recommend this steamer its also easy to clean

Saw the new morphy richards range of pans and decided too purchase this steamer first, it is nice too look at, a great size, nice too look at , however the coloured enamel has a chip in it, not sure if it's with wear and tear or if it is a manufacturing fault, but it has definitely put me off spending more money too complete purchasing the rest of the range

I have previously owned electric and plastic steamers but the plastic always seems to crack and you have to be careful with the water level.This set is just great - Bags of space for water for which you control the heat with gas or electric hob.It is well made, not flimsy and the handles do not get over hot and it looks good.

The best of the best Tier steamer I have ever had. Just cooked some rice in it ......and I don't remember until now rice tasting so divinely.....Cooked in less than 20 mn compare to the electronic one that takes around 40/45mn......Amazing taste...I definitely recommend a tier steamer...especially that one!

This is a good steamer which seems to work well. It does appear to have limescale-style spots already appearing on the bottom of it, however. Someone has advised us to put warm or hot water in it rather than boiling the water up from cold and this apparently makes it better. We're pleased with it, though.

Nice little steamer set. Smart enough to look at, no appreciable steam leakage, handles seem to be useable (as in they do not too hot). Capacity good given its smallish footprint. Steam circulates well, and food on upper and lower levels both cook nicely. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

Had a large steamer really for a larger family so ordered this set and they are great for a family of four, loads of room in the steamer and handy capacity measurements inside main pan. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to be used by small family.

I have used this every day since it arrived. As it matches my toaster and kettle it takes pride of place on the cooker and there it stays. The handles do not get hot nor does the top of the lid. Best book to get to go with this is 'Steaming by Annette Yates'.

Hubbie wanted a steamer as microwaving vegetables is not healthy. We looked at lots in other stores but were horrified by the prices. This is a brilliant product for a reasonable price. It does the job well and looks smart. A god buy.

Am quite pleased with this steamer although you have turn to simmer very gently otherwise the water drips very quickly all over the hob and worktop. Otherwise it does exactly what I wanted just have to get use to using it properly.

Finally a quality, solid steamer at a reasonable price that isn't chromed to an inch of its life and doesn't develop rust spots at the sight of water. But if you are a family you will need 2 of them, 1 is good for 3 at most.

Good pan for a small family but not suitable for larger households. Fits together well and is easy to store. I have a feeling that the red enamel coating on the base pan may get to look a bit scratched and scruffy with use.

Really pleased with this steamer - very stylish and gorgeous shade of red - large handles make it easy to drain, the quality is really good - base very heavy so uses less power on hob - delighted with this product.
