Solid pouch which will protect the camera to some extent ... but primarily bought for its 'old fashioned' look. Fits well, snug but not so snug that you feel you will damage the camera lense when lifting the lens part of the case up over the lens. Can't see why some say you have to totally remove it to take a photo ... you don't ... you can leave the lens cover part dangling below the camera whilst you take a photo, just like the old, leather camera cases.Comes with a matching strap but not sure I would trust my camera to it.Of course, as is often the case these days, it is not leather in the pure sense ... it is PU leather ...

This was great. Initially, I thought that it would be tricky to use, but it was easy to take off and put back on. First few times its a bit stiff, but the buttons loosen up and become easier to use. Slots for SD card and battery, so you don't have to take the whole thing off! The quality is great too and its sturdy, which I think protects the camera great. Great value!

A very smart case, good quality and easy to get the camera in and out. I wanted something to protect my camera in my handbag so I didn’t have to carry a camera bag around as well and this does the job well.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great for protecting the camera, when go in the woods with my dogs. Love to photo flora and fauna
