It arrived promptly and well packaged, exactly what is expected of goods I buy on Amazon.The lamp is very good with a long reach which is what I wanted. My only complaints are:1) the switch is on the cord, and because of that it's difficult to get to, so I have this complicated arrangement where the flex lies along my desk.2) Keeping the lamp in the position is problematic. The joints where it is tightened have to be slackened and tightened with each position so that's an annoyance. However, for the price, it's fine. I guess to have the perfect lamp I'd have to pay over a 100 quid for an anglepoise, which I wasn't prepared to do. You pays your money and takes your choice

Very good table clamp and arm which sets it aside from other lamps.Good paint finish.Would prefer a switch on the top of the lamp rather than in line with the cable.

Now I can work and see on my working bench :) Nice quality and easy rotation. Whenever you place it it stays strong!

A bit old fashioned now, but that's why I purchased it, also a good long arm reach.
