Intended to use to display some black and white photos. Since purchasing a friend has borrowed to display childrens' artwork in a classroom. May use as an alternative to a Christmas tree and hand baubles from it. Another friend is coming around to see if will work as a Wishing Tree for a baby shower. Never heard of this, but evidently on the continent it is quite traditional at christening or birthdays and I understand at weddings too, to have some sort of structure on which people can attach pieces of paper to, on which they have written some good luck message.

Exactly what I wanted which wasn't difficult as I had seen one displayed at my local craft classes. Really pleased with the quality.
