I needed something to help with over processed hair, feeling dry and frazzled.I know from my hair dresser matrix is a good brand, so opted for this.I also brought the shampoo & conditioner.Unfortunately I read reviews after id placed my order and was worried I'd loose hair, as described by other reviews.The product helped my poor hair after just one wash, it was shiney, silky smooth. So I was pleased by that.I did however loose a tiny amount from my ends but tbf if you play with your own hair as much as I do, constantly dying it different colours and, this time trying to strip black, purple and red out.....its to be expected.It hasn't put me off. It does a good job and I only lost that tiny bit,
