This product deserves 5 stars. If there were more stars available I would give it more!One of the best, if not the best, conditioners I've found for dry/heat-damaged hair. I use it along with the Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Shampoo, and it gives my hair the nourishment and hydration it needs to prevent frizziness.Although it initially seems quite expensive, only a small amount is required to achieve silky, soft hair so the 250mL tube lasts me months on end!In addition, the product arrived on time and was as described by the seller - So big thumbs up from me!I would definitely recommend this product to my friends!

My hairdresser first introduced me to this product, I came home from the hairdressers with my hair in a Bob shining and ' swishing' even my husband commented how nice it looked which is the first time in many many years!The first time I used it I only used a small blob but this time I used a good squeeze and it made the world of difference. I hope they never change this product to make it better because they couldn’t.

If your hair gets tangled easily, or if you suffer from depression and struggle to brush your hair everyday.... rub a bit of this in to your knotty hair in the bath or shower then brush it through (I use a tangle teaser). I literally melts knots and tangles away. Leaves your hair amazingly soft and shiny. I've had so many comments.

Bought on the recommendation of a curly hair blogger.This stuff is amazing!I usually get through handfuls of conditioner each time I wash my hair.This is the first time I’ve been able to use tye recommended amount. Moisturises hair well without weighing it down!

This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser a good number of years ago and I have been using it ever since - it is good quality product and actually does what it claims. I certainly find it leaves my hair soft and nourished without any residue.

Amazing conditioner bought as a set really works wonders as have bleached highlights and this has repaired the dry ends and not a problem to comb through have tried many products and always end up back with matrix

Great product - have used this brand and conditioner for some time. Does what it says on the packaging, my hair can be easily dried out & unruly this product keeps it manageable- recommend

Love this product, wouldn't swap it for anything else. I colour my hair and this keeps it nice and moisturised. Arrived in good condition and in good time.

I love this conditioner and why Matrix have messed with it lord alone knows! Would not normally buy this size usually a litre but it was all I could find !

I bought this as my hair was very dry my hairdresser recommended it and my hair is so much better after just a couple of weeks

Love this conditioner. It’s so thick and creamy . I feel it doing my hair the world of good . I use the shampoo as well
