Lovely toy. The extractor tool is maybe a bit flimsy for repeated extraction, but it's easy enough to make yourself another one. Or buy spares. My 3 year old has grasped the idea well and has been able to construct some his own toys, both using the patterns supplied and to his own designs, including a toy bar for his 6 month old sibling. It's durable and has been a great addition to our toy collection.Update: We've had this for almost a year now, it has received pretty heavy use, is still a favourite toy and has been supplemented with the 3A set, which gives all the pieces (and instructions/patterns) that the Ki4 set comes with. The blocks have remained in excellent condition,

One of the best toys ever. Gives kids countless ways to build almost anything imaginable... from animals to trains and airplanes... teaches them all types of skills besides all the fun. Highly recommended.
