This is - if not The Best but one of the best TV you can buy right now - Summer of 2020. The only other contender in this league in terms of picture quality is Panasonic HZ2000 with £1k more price tag. The picture quality of GX is breathtaking and the level of black is exemplary. It reminds me of Pioneer Kudo series back in the old days. Colour accuracy out of the box is fantastic and there are plenty of features for pro users to play with. This thin all around TV is a gorgeous piece of industrial design. It Is simple, minimalist, modest and elegant at the same time. When you are in front of this tv, you want to turn it on and watch it. 4K content on netflix or Prime look unbelievable on this tv.Just watched a series called Home on Apple TV+ and it was like you are in the scene. The sound coming out of this 2cm thin frame is surprisingly good. Although you probably connect it to a proper sound bar to match the picture quality. WebOs is acceptable and better than a lot of other Interface. Maybe not as intuitive but still easy to use. The lack of UK catch up tv like BBC iPlayer is a shame and I hope LG can manage to negotiate a deal and add this soon. What also surprised me is how easy it was to install this on the wall. Everything you need is in the box and if you can drill a few nice holes and your wall is strong then there is no need to pay for installation services. Mind you that there is no stand coming in the box. You have to pay £100 separately for a stand. This the best tv for the money right now. Just another reminder that oled tvs may not be the best option if you watch tv in a bright room during the day. Samsung QLed tech might be better for those situations - tough I personally don’t like the colours on Samsung and Sony. But if you are a movie fanatic or gamer, there is no other option in the market. This is the One!
