As well as sturdy, quality engineering and construction, it's a beautiful piece. The steel is polished to shine and it's gorgeous to look at, and a pleasure to use.It's great for soup and making stock, but the generous size means I also use it for other cooking when I need a larger pot.

This is a top Italian brand and the quality is excellent (my previous Lagostina pressure cooker lasted 25 years). Amazon's price is very competitive both for new and 'used' products. I am very happy and would recommend to a friend.

Second Pressure cooker from Lagostina. Unfortunately my previous one the lid felt down and the black handle broke. Had it for over 15 years. This are to last many many years.Prompt delivery.

I bought this Cooker to speed up my cooking whilst keeping all the food nutrients and quality. I think this is an essential kit for the kitchen, 5 litres is a good size for a small family.

Brilliant pressure cooker. Used for a month now and totally pleased. Functionally without fault and the design is very cool and has elicited comments from friends. Recommended.
