14th May 2020.Well, we were going to send our Bredeco back but... read on.It is very early days but this hot water dispenser is really good.It has 5 settings at which you can keep the water's temperature 98°, 85°, 60°, 50° and 40° but when the water boils the gauge goes up to 100° then will keep warm at 98° after that unless you command it to fully boil by the reboil button.What you can't seem to do FROM COLD is set the temperature to say 50°C then leave it to do this task unaided, it won't just heat the water from cold to 50°C then stop and keep warm, well ours wont do this anyway!What we've found is when you switch on from cold the display lights red and the boil led lights up,

Bought this to replace earlier smaller product. Checked with a friend to purchase one they had and actually bought this one in error!! However it is excellent. Larger than the friend's is but that is OK for me. Boils quickly and quietly and maintains temperature. Large enough to use to fill saucepans which was one feature I required. All round very pleased with it.
