I may be "biased" because I am an Italian too, and this product is Italian.. but really, this pan lives on an other planet compared to my old "traditional" non-stick pans.First it's much more thicker, that means the base doesn't start becoming an oval after a few uses and the heat spread homogeneously (but also it's much more heavy.. it's not a problem for the 20 or 24 cm.. but it could be for the bigger sizes).Second, the non-stick material is superb: I still have to find something that stick on it. And after a daily use for some weeks, the pan it's still like new. I am using only wooden utensils and the wash is very delicate (as it is so easy to be washed,
