This pan / small stock pot is excellent. I will use it for many different dishes, and even in place of a frying pan to save cleaning up the gas hob due to no splatter. This also easily fits in the sink due to no long handle, making it easier to wash up / leave soaking vs a typical frying pan.Heat is distributed nicely over the bottom, and the handles don't get too hot to handle (depending on what gas size you use).Easy to clean, small and compact, but fits a huge 3.5lSolid heat retention, and sturdy feel. Very, very pleased!

Class pot, nice weight and finish, I would say restaurant quality.
