We bought this size and an 18cm while we were on holiday in Spain over 10 years ago. As we are in process of buying a holiday home, we are going to get duplicates of these. The only differences we noticed are that the old ones have a Lacor logo etched into the handles and these are not on the new one. Also weighed both pans and the new one is lighter than the old one by a relatively small margin. Not sure why this might be.As far as the pans are concerned they are brilliant and have outlasted all of the Circulon etc that we once used. As long as you rinse off, you can use pretty strong stuff to clean off burn marks. Most of the time just rinse and put in the dishwasher. Lacor is a very good manufacturer,
