I got this mainly as a budget clear audio conferencing headset and it does the job.It looks cool and it easily connects to my mobile phone, PS4 and Xbox controllers and the sound is really good.If you go to the Konix website it shows up as the Mythics PS-400 7.1 Gaming Headset but no where on the packaging or the instructions does it state that it is a 7.1 gaming headset.

The mic part doesn't work when being used on a PS4 but it works fine on my sons Xbox.Nice headset otherwise and my son is happy with his new headset even though it was bought for my PS4.
