Purchased the A20s Xbox headset in Aug'20 as a Warehouse renewed item.The Good:-Easy to setup, just plug the USBs and Optical cable in the respective slots and you're good to go-Quite comfy to wear for long periods-Sound quality is not bad - been good so far in COD Warzone-Battery life has lasted for the 15 hours stated-Build quality is pretty good, feels sturdy and doesn't look like it'll break if I accidentally drop them-It's wireless and doesn't need to take up any of the slots under your xbox controller, less wires = less messiness in my opinionThe Bad:-I find that the headset forgets the settings I've set on the previous gaming session e.g.

I originally purchased the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset, which turned out to have a poor quality mic, along with being too weighty and a cheap feel to it.I jumped to the Astro a20's and they are amazing! The sound quality is very clear and crisp, which is slightly better than the s700's, which in all honestly do sound great.The mic on the a20's is great brilliant, everyone I communicate with can hear me really clearly and I don't have to adjust in any way.The padding around the ear cups is soft and does not make my ears sweat. The ear cups provide a generous amount of room around my ears.The headset does not feel to heavy, which is great for watching movies, binging on Netflix or jumping into long gaming sessions.

I spent ages looking for a good value for money, recognised brand, wireless headset for the PS4. There are plenty to choose from too and massively varying price brackets. This at over £100 was more than I wanted to spend but my only other option was a Turtle Beach headset and I'm not a fan of them. The A20 headset came very well packaged and presented. It was super easy to set up on my PS4 Pro. I love the fact the wireless transmitter takes its audio feed from the optical output on the PS4. It makes it so easy to switch between sound coming through the headset or through the TV, simply by turning the headset on. The sound quality is immense. I'm a bit of an audio snob too! Astro are a brand I have always used for my gaming Headsets. I was in the market for a new Xbox One headset and came across the Wireless Astro a20s. I wasn't after anything serious, just something comfortable to use when playing games.With these being wireless, it was a no brainer.Setup was easy and the guide that was supplied was easy to follow, Astro even have a video on their website showing you how to install on the Xbox One. My only problem with setup is, I spent a few minutes troubleshooting the fact I couldn't hear Party chat. The problem was due to the setting on the headset needing to be changed.It wasnt made clear that the Voice and Game icons on the side of the headset are in fact buttons.

Let me tell you my own bias here. I use voice control a lot, so I need a headset microphone that will accurately reproduce my voice; and this one is the best I've come across so far. I had a Turtle Beach headset, twice - and they were also very good - but had a structural weakness in the bridge which caused both of them to snap after about 3 months. Others have cost more, but provided less: including one that's getting all the rave reviews.Sound is good, and perfectly adequate for gaming, but you probably wouldn't want it to listen to your Beethoven quintet playlist.Highly recommended for VoiceAttack users.

Bought for my 16 year old son.Build quality: excellent - seems very robust but quite flexible.Comfort: Great - the 'boxey' shape makes them look like they look like they might be a bit uncomfortable, but the fit really nicely, and ear pads are comfortable.Sound quality: again, great. Crystal clear, and mic works well.Only downside is instructions could be clearer for game/voice volume. There are button on the headset to switch mode when adjusting volume, but this isn't explained anywhere in the instructions.

Comfortable, not too heavy, good design, very effective level control for game/chat audio, works well on both pc and ps4 and has made my life much more enjoyable. I believe the sound quality from these is excellent, best pair I've ever bought, excellent for gaming and even better for music, the charge lasts well enough.Edit: after some considerable time the top band seems to dig into the head a bit, making it a little sore. But this is only on very very long gaming sessions.

This was purchased from Bopster on amazon and it was a refurbished headset in lovely condition,headset earpads are bigger inside than the A10 headset and it sits different on your head,comfortable and not as tight,great quality sound in 7.1 when the receiver is connected to the ps4 optical outlet,Only thing that lets it down slightly is the headband feels strange the way it rests on your head

Battery life on these headphones is good. I can get up to a week without charging them up. Sound quality is great but there is a slight buzzing noise when using the microphone at higher volumes. The headset is comfortable for short sessions but if you're using the headset for many hours the rigid build does start to ache. Overall great headset for shorter sessions.

Really nice, comfortable, softear cups, very large so no pressure on your ears, easy to adjust head band, good quality mic, great noise cancellation in the mic, easy to set up and use on both PS4 and pc. One downside was at full volume you can hear a faint hiss in the background but I've always heard that in wireless headsets. Worth the money imo.

Great sound especially with the Dolby Atmos app on Xbox.Very comfortable but occasionally the band over your head needs moving about as it can become irritating, only occasionally though.Battery life is great. I’m charging it every 3-4 days and that’s with 4-5 hours playing every night.

It’s an excellent casual gaming headset but for me the battery life is way to short and sometimes the sound just cuts off and The only way to make it work it again is to restart the xbox which is a bit annoying

Perfect headphones for gaming except from the one big letdown on the comfort quality after using this product for 2-3 hrs it starts to hurt the head which obviously leads to extreme uncomfort .
