After ordering these in a size 5 they were far too small, returns procedure was so simple just had to print a returns voucher and attach to box sending via Royal Mail, obtaining a receipt. Re-ordered in size 6 (daughter is so pleased with them), they are such a lovely comfortable shoe for school. Amazon were extremely fast with a refund. Thanks Amazon for yet another perfect buying experience. Gill

Good strong, sturdy school shoes. I had heard that the fit was small in this shoe and suspected the size 6 would be too small for my daughter who usually takes a size 6. I ordered the them in a size 7 instead and they are about right. I could have probably gone for the 6.5 but they wouldn't have lasted as long, seeing as her feet seem to grow a bit more every week!

my partner got the kickers for her 11yr old daughter for school, i chipped in £30 towards them, i know they are expensive but kickers are world re known for their looks and durability, i had a pair of kickers 30yrs ago and they lasted me 5yrs , kids dontrealise kickers have been around for 40yrs or more, problem is she will grow out of them at the end of the term,

Adore the product & would definitely recommend. I had bought a pair previously & had to return them due to sizing, but bought one size larger which are a perfect fit. Worn in within 2 days & have lived in them since. Caution advised due to shaping of heel back-very comfortable but takes a while to adapt balance. Would recommend without hesitation.

Looks really pretty , very sturdy and rugged ( can take a beating!) doesn't require much in terms of upkeep - I polish the shoe once a week . I initially wanted to get the more popular Kicker( I cant recall the name of it) but settled on the look of this one and I am glad I did! My daughter is happy with the shoe, looks very smart !

My daughter loves these shoes (not sure I would class them as ankle boots), however, we ordered size 6.5 (the only half size listed, so maybe that was a mistake) but 7 arrived. They are slightly too big but I think a size 6 would be too small. Delivery speedy. All good apart from sizing. Comfortable shoe.

Just great for new school.Daughter is a 'heavy stepper' and these are sturdy,heavy and robust.Really deep tread so hope it snows this winter to try them out..She's even learnt port & starboard.Recommend wearing in for an hour a day as leather is stiff and unforgiving at first.

Although these may seem expensive they are slightly cheaper than the shops. My daughter has had kickers before they are a little hard when first worn but they last and last. Also I had to return the first pair which I was a bit worried about but Amazon returns are so easy.

Really good, durable & comfy pair of school shoes and my daughters confirm that they are very comfortable.The sizes are slightly smaller than the normal kickers size , so if you are considering buyer suggest to take one size bigger than what your child normally wears

Bought for my daughter as school shoes as they have tough sturdy soles & are well made ( I always find Clark’s shoes wear out far too quick !) had to go 1/2 size bigger as she has wide feet but found there quite roomy in the toes were other shoes are usually tight ??

The length of the shoe is fine. They're a little tight across the foot, on the ball of the foot ( base of toes ) would suggest wearing in front of TV for a few hours before walking. Do not walk far the 1st time you wear them. Otherwise they're a lovely pair of shoes.

My daughter only wore these for school for 2 months. We went Into lockdown first week back and they have fallen apart. Now I can't return them. Very expensive for only 2 months use will not be buying again

I absolutely love these shoes. I feel like I’m 10 years old again. Wearing these shoes genuinely make me happy. I smile every time I look down at them when I wear them to work. Can’t wait to buy some more

Praise the Lord! Finally a shoe that helps my plantar fasciitis! On my second pair and currently ordering a 'back up'My son calls them umpa lumpa shoes but I don't care as comfort is way more important!

At first I thought these shoes were going to be too tight but they quickly molded to my feet. Much more comfortable than I initially thought and no break in period required. Well worth the money.
