I had a pair of these shoes years ago when I had a job which involved being I on my feet all day, every day and I had forgotten how comfortable they were. I am retired now and have developed arthritis in an old ankle injury. Finding shoes which are comfortable and supportive is a constant quest (and an expensive one, given the pairs of shoes I have bought but cannot wear!). I then saw these on Amazon and remembered how comfy my old ones were so I thought I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did! They are so cushioned and supportive and my foot pain ceases as soon as I put them on! I wish Clarks sold slippers in this style!The only minus side to these shoes in my opinion is that they are a bit boot-like and clumpy looking,

Not easy buying shoes in England in English half sizes. So often a vendor will advertise an English half size only to send you their continental sized shoes - guessing what an English half size might be. They never get it right. This shoe fits exactly. It is comfortable. It is exactly as described on the website, in English and the shoe arrives clearly displaying its English sizing. It is really comforting too to use an English company who understands the Nation's ugly sisters and Cinderellas alike. Continental sizing does not work here for English half sizes. It is not finely tuned enough. Clarks is a long-standing British company who will at least get your shoe size correct!

Well I got these at a fraction of the price than the originals from Clarks and they are the same shoe that they recommend you wear for when you are studying at university on a nursing degree course of similar healthcare related study but you end up paying about £69.00 for. They are really comfortable, I bought them because they were on offer and have been working in a nursery setting. Have never had sore feet or anything whilst wearing these and would recommend them if you are on your feet all day. Try and wait for them to be on offer it you can or if you can afford them get them whenever. So comfortable and supportive

I got these shoes as I work as a domestic in a care home and the carpet there is made of recyclable materials and trainers seem to catch and I did in fact fall over and break my wrist. I have not been back to work yet but have been wearing these shoes to get used to them. First off very comfortable and after a long period of walking around still are comfortable. I have a high instep and one of the shoes is a little tight over them, I have stretched the elastic and that has solved the problem. I am happy to them five stars but as with all Clark’s shoes I feel that you get what you pay for.

Love these Clark’s Unloop Shoes, like wearing trainers only much smarter looking, I’ve still got a pair I bought twelve years ago I wear for country walks, I now own four pairs, the other three from Clark’s shop, I have wide feet but found the 6 1/2 standard width fit very well, I normally wear a wide fit 6 in other makes (like Van Dal) but Clark’s didn’t make these wide fit when I first bought them so have stuck with what I know. I had a heel/arch problem around 10 years ago from walking on hard wood floors in bare feet, these supportive insoles definitely helped with that problem.

I have to laugh at myself for this one. I put these shoes on thinking, "Man, these shoes sure are tight." But I justified it with - they're leather, so they'll eventually form to my feet. I wore them for the day, and just knew that they're the perfect shoes for my plantar fasciitis. By the end of the day they still felt very tight and a little painful. The next day I was putting them on, and going to try and stretch them a bit by hand. Low and behold! There was cardboard to keep the shape that I hadn't noticed while unpacking. Lol. Took that out and they fit like a glove.

Be cautious with the size as I initially ordered a size 8 & they were far too small. Had to go up a size larger than usual. However, these shoes are a dream for people who work on their feet all day. They are so comfortable and definitely live up to my expectations. Also, I have a chronic pain condition which these shoes unexpectedly made a difference to almost immediately on the first day of wearing them. I returned from work far less achey & in pain than usual. Very comfortable, not bad looking shoes. Would recommend.

this is my second pair. after wearing out my first pair i decided to buy another. felt tight t first but worn in now and so comfortable. i shall be wearing them every day and they ok in the rain too. dont leak in. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who is on their feet al day. i got my correct size but they felt tight on the heel so i wore them in indoors for a few days and then started wearing them for short walks with my dog. now they fit perfectly and i can wear them all day with no discomfort.

They might not look ultra stylish, but these shoes are wonderfully comfortable, strong, supportive and warm. They can be worn all day without a second thought. Sensible leather rather than nubuk/suede, so they can easily be cleaned and polished to retain a good-looking smart appearance. Suitable for wear indoors and out. I use mine for garden jobs and then clean them up ready for walks, the office, shopping etc. Often wear them instead of slippers - that's how comfortable they are!

Amazing Shoe! Rare Confort! Strong and Soft it looks like a half Boot and it is definitely the last scream of Confort! It has a removal and very ergonomic soft leather inside, but I assure you won't remove it because it's Heaven! I haven't take them for a walk yet because they are warm and better for Winter, but I can only bet this is a 24 hour walking shoe...A Five Star purchase!You don't have to be careful about the size because this 3.5 UK is an exact 36 EU.

I needed some shoes to have orthotic inserts made to fit inside, as I have arthritis in my big toe joints. Specifically, I was told to look for a roomy toe box, good arch support and a narrow heel, to accommodate the inserts properly. These shoes feel supple yet supportive. I ordered half a size larger than I needed to allow space for my inserts. They're not dressy shoes, but as they look a bit clog like, they don't look too frumpy. I am very pleased them.

Ordered these for my wife and she was delighted with the style, fit and quality. And the price was about 2/3 of that on Clarks own EU site. I hope to add to this review in a year or so to report on how well or otherwise the shoes stand up to use.UPDATE: My wife says these are the most comfortable shoes she has ever had and has bought two more pairs to squirrel away for when the original pair wear out (of which there is no sign yet!).

Love these, first pair. I have lived in crocs since working for the NHS and wasn't hopefull these could be as comfy but I was wrong. First time wearing them abut of a squeeze (I usually wear 6-7 depending on fit, so bought a 6.5). After one 12.5hr shift they felt good, after second 12.5hr they where almost as comfy as crocs, and now 2 was later on a par with crocs AND they give support which crocs can never do.Highly recomended.

These shoes are ideal for comfort and look good when I'm dressed casually - with jeans or casual trousers. They didn't need to be 'worn in' - felt like slippers from the start. I'm starting to find my usual size 6 shoes a little small so I opted for 6.5 and, worn with socks, these are just right. They are a good, sturdy shoe to wear during the colder months without being heavy or cumbersome. I like them and recommend them highly.

I've been wearing these shoes for over 10 years. They've got to be the most comfortable shoes I've owned. Warm yet cool, they keep dry, polish up so well, look quite smart for informal shoes great for work. Quiet for walking at work (hospital) non marking soles. I'm trying to think of a downside - I really can't think of anything. Maybe some more colours would be nice. I'd love a pair in emerald green or in red.
