I love it, it's great for my parched, bleached straw & turns it back into lovely soft manageable hair. The reason I've marked it down 1 star is because no-wher in the description does it mention the addition of Proteins/Keratin, yet it's there in the ingredients list & as I know that I'm protein sensitive, Proteins cause massive breakage to my hair, I would not have bought & used this had I know as I was buying this to replace one that had caused that very problem (I've lost about 6 inches of length!). Proteins have their place as an occasional treatment, but used regularly can cause massive problems & it's very distressing to watch your hair get shorter & shorter & not know why!

This is my favourite intensive conditioner that I have come to rely on since a hairdresser recommended it to me a few years ago. I am post menopausal, with bleach highlighted fine stranded, greasy long hair. Particularly after salon highlights it is super tangley after washing - it can take 30 mins to comb out all the knots, creating lots of split ends. I find this sorts all that out. I use it more frequently after I have had highlights but as my hair improves I need it far less often. I start off leaving it on for 20+ minutes (covered with plastic & a towel). The next but one wash I then leave it for about 5 mins. Usually after a few treatments after a salon visit I only need it once in a while.Apart from the fact that it sorts the tangling,

This stuff is fantastic if you've got very dry and damaged hair. I have long, thick, bleached hair and found that a regular intensive conditioner wasn't cutting it. I tried and liked Olaplex but a friend recommended this and suggested it might be better. The first time I used it, I used it exactly as per the instructions, keeping it on for five minutes before washing it. Although it left my hair feeling really soft, I felt it was too 'heavy' and it left a greasy sort of residue. Since then, I've been adding one squirt of this to my regular conditioner; I make sure it's concentrated towards my ends, and I leave it for a couple of minues before washing it out. I think this works a lot better for me,

I have very coarse, wiry and dry hair which I blowdry and straighten every other day. I have tried dozens of different conditioners to find one which will give my hair shine and softness but havent been successful until I bought this. This intense conditioner is so good! I used two pumps (my hair is short) after shampooing and left it on for only a couple of minutes whilst I had a shower. Rinsed it out and have just dried and straightened my hair. What a difference! My hair is shiny for the first time in ages and is so soft! Styling it was a lot easier too! Even the dry frizzy ends have improved considerably! The consistency of the product is somewhere between a cream and a balm and not a lot is needed as its very rich.

Omg! I have heard a lot about this product but did not have the courage to get them until I placed an order last week! Oh boy when I tell you as a 4chick girl!!! And as a woman of colour when it comes about our hair , the one thing we always need is moisture moisture moisture!!!yes I said it ! This product does not lie. I have tried many but nothing compared to this ! Please please get it ASAP !!! It smells Devine , amazing slips for detangling and finally MOISTURE like you have never seen before after you wash it ! Now this what I call a deep conditioner that does it all. Ps you can also use it as a leaving!!! Ummmm I think I said enough! I am going to buy two more as I have three girls with lots of hair and I don’t ever want to run out .

My hair is severely dry all the time, this product has changed my hair and life for the better, in terms of luster and manageability. If you have type 4 hair you need this in your stash, its a bit pricy but it goes a long way. I have been using the same bottle for 3 months now and with this product I have been able to retain a little over half an inch of growth a month. I saw a review a while back saying it can be used as a leave in and I have tried this, don't think its recommended, it can flake with of other products but endless moisture if you are protective styling.

This is my absolute favourite deep conditioner at the moment. It's thick has slip and is actually great as a leave in too for wash and goes on curly, kinky and coily hair. I would recommend this for 3 & 4 hair Textures that need a little extra moisture boost especially for high porosity hair whether that be natural or chemically treated.I wouldn't advise it for use on fine or thin hair of straighter Textures as you might find it too heavy for your hair.All in all I thoroughly enjoy this product and have repurchased many times and highly recommend it!

Okay I haven’t written a review for anything in years! Even products I like but I HAVE to with this product! I have 4B/4C hair and this has made my hair softer than any other product I’ve used in the past and I’ve tried most! Honestly get it! A little goes a long way. You won’t regret it! My hairdresser recommended it and I was skeptical at first even when I put it in hair... it wasn’t until I rinsed it off that I felt the difference. Wow! My new staple :)

The product itself is great. I buy this particular size (500ml, which comes in the container displayed) because it is most economical. The way in which the product dispenses from this particular container, however, is variable. I have bought this product three times now and when I have used only about half, I end up unscrewing the lid as although the pump action works it doesn't seem to be pulling through the conditioner.

I know and use this product for more than 8 years and strongly recommend it especially for those with hair damaged by dyes or bleach. If your hair is too thin and natural you can go as well but just leave less time (this is a powerful moisture).I’ve tried others like Redken, Moroccanoil, Kérastase, L’Oréal, Schwarzkopf and none of them give a good result as this one. (My hair is bleached)

I really like this product, however I will no longer be buying as it has increased price from 22 pounds up to 32 pounds in the last 3 months. That reflects an almost 50% price increase for the exact same quantity in such a short time period. I am disappointed at the huge increase as I really enjoyed this product. Unfortunately will need to go and find a more affordable deep conditioner

What an amazing product! I have course 4c afro hair which dries out very quickly and often. I now use this product for deep treatment every 2-4 weeks and my hair is always so much softer and hydrated afterwards. I tend to use and then place a hair steamer over it so i get a deep condition. By fair my favourite #MelMadeMeDoIt purchase, when you know, you know!

Delighted to find Joico on Amazon, a lot cheaper than my local salon. I have very long, thick dry hair and having used multiple treatments, Kerastase etc, Joico is by far the best. It really tames the frizz and leaves hair super silky and soft. I only use the treatment and don't bother with conditioner. The cream is really thick, a little goes a long way.

I have long highlighted hair that tangles easily. I’m blown away by this product, and believe me I have tried most of the high end products. This arrived on time. I loved the pump action packaging and the sizeable amount, also a little goes a long way. I feel this is e cells to value for money and will definitely be repurchasing.

Another part of the range from Joico and for my hair another fantastic moisture hit that really does help lock the moisture in.Very thick and creamy with a lovely subtle fragrance that you only need to use sparingly.If you suffer from hair that needs that extra boost of moisture, then this could be what you are looking for.
