From my first days on the snow in the fall, through the coldest days and all through the spring, this has been my go to sock for a few seasons now. Great fit, comfortable, durable and keep my feet just right, all season long, weather in my ski or snowboard boots. As a pro I’m in my boots (and thus socks) from before the first chair until they shut them down for the day. Even with all the use, not a hole or even thin spot yet. Not sure how you make socks this durable, but keep it up! Thanks Icebreaker.

I have been buying this type of sock since 2007 , i would have bought probably 30 pairs and just worn them out . this time i ordered 5 pairs and noticed the change in thickness to be lesser quality unsure ,as i have only just purchased. Warmth is less , but more breathable . I also wear them on warm days as my feet do not get sweaty or smelly due to the merino quality . lets see what the new ones do , keep you posted .

I use these socks primarily for winter hiking and they work great. The extra length is great for keeping my ankles and calves warm even if a bit of snow sneaks in my gaiters. With some of my other socks I can tell at the end of the day that my feet are sweaty, but I have never felt that with these socks. I was worried that these wouldn't be warm enough, but so far no problems.

Bought these for my husband as an early Christmas present. He wore them skiing, they kept his feet warm and dry all day. He particularly liked how they held his foot firm. The padding at the shin was just right - not bulky and very comfortable in ski boots. Would definitely recommend.

I have multiple pairs of these because I don’t want to ski in anything else. The merino is soft and stretchy providing a good fit. No bunching or folds means warm feet. I like that the socks are designed with a left and right foot.

These are the only socks I have ever owned that have a left and a right. The fit is perfect, with no seams.Haven't used them yet on a very cold day, but on a normal winter day they kept my feet warm, and that's not easy to do.

Really comfortable and warm. Look great too (need my socks to be attractive - it helps brighten my day!). If they last like my other icebreaker socks then I'll be thrilled. They may seem expensive, but worth it in the long run.

I bought a pair of these many years ago, so bought some for the whole family. The same excellent quality and perfect for keeping our feet warm while not taking up too much room in the leg of the boot.

I only buy icebreaker socks. They are pricey so I only own 4 pairs.They last a long time and if you wear through them you can easily get a new pair for free from anywhere that sells em!Epic!

I love these socks, they fit as per sizing chart, feel great, keep my feet & lower legs warm & are a bit supportive. Can’t believe I haven’t had these for last 5 yrs.

Have a couple pairs I switch out for work as a ski patroller. Durable and very, very warm. Price is high, but they last and keep my feet happy on the mountain!

have 20 year old icebreaker ski socks still ..ok condition... new one use everyday, racing/sailing the world oceans...skiing great...plus layer tops & bottom..

I've brought all makes ...alway come back to icebreaker socks and base layers...skiing in the cold of Canada, West and East mountains..they last..and last..

They made it simple... The socks look great and fit great. When i wore holes in the socks, i asked about the warranty and a week later, i had a new pair.
