Why did I write that heading ? Because I have just spent nearly 2 weeks on & off trying to get this external hard drive to work. I already have a Samsung external hard drive that works fine straight out of the box but it only comes in black & I wanted a different coloured one as well for other sets of files, hence the red choice.My PC runs on MS XP but I have also tried this drive on a Windows 7 PC & it doesn't work in that either. So what is the problem ? Plug the Hyundai in, the disc light comes on (so its powered) but unlike the Samsung, no dialog box opens up. So you go into explorer, find the drive the Hyundai is plugged into & try to open it - does not open.

doesnt work on ps3 and theres no way of contacting the sellers to ask them about this
