It worked without bother out of the box as a USB 2.0 disk attached to a MacBook Pro of 2009 vintage. I haven't had the opportunity to try it with USB 3.0 (I bought it with future-proofing in mind). Aesthetically it's rather pleasing, though the green activity light would be better being more subtle. A report on longevity.... will have to wait, self-evidently.

This hard drive is exactly what you would expect, large capacity, robust and plug and play. Works well with both my PC and TV, and it was cheaper than the other brands.

this is my second one...they never let me down, the only thing you need to do about this is to avoid chock no drop of, no bang and you will have them for long time

I received this quickly. Comes complete with USB3.0 lead. Works well with my Acer USB3.0 PC. No complaints, well satisfied.

Recommend this storage device, very small and compact, works excellently and is very quick. No issues with it so far.
