No curved display, no fragile smeary, slippery glass back, no AI camera gimmicks, great battery life, great build, gorgeous display, fast, SD-card slot, headphone socket etc etc.... shame you're not getting proper Android security patches.Having said that: Huawei still (as late as early March 2020) release their own security updates for the HuaweiMate 9. It's a tad slower than the Mate 10 Pro. More like the regular P20.This is like a (very) modern classic! Definite keeper, and at this price a fantastic backup luxury item.

Had my Mate 9 for 3 years now. Heavily used. Rarely need a pc. It just gets better and better. Can't see that a new phone would be able to do anything significantly better. Love it.
