I took a bit of a punt on this title not really knowing much about it and was pleasantly surprised!The main play mode, titled Gottlieb Challenge, sees you having to beat a set score before being allowed to progress to the next table. There does not appear to be any increase in the level of difficulty as I found myself breezing past some tables but getting stuck on others. For those tables that I found more difficult (Eldorado & Black Hole) there is a practice arcade available to help you hone your skills.I also found the replay value quite high with a number of unlockables available, some of which are unlocked via code and other by completing certain table goals.

How lovely is this....we got a Wii and a few titles and I got this as an extra the other day. My husband used to love playing pinball so it was nice for him - and I feel this is a great game for the whole family. Of course, pinball is flicking levers so not a huge use of the Wii remote and Nunchuk features but the reproduction of the machines, the sounds, the 'feel' of playing....is enchanting. Different ways of playing, from going round the games to taking on challenges....great fun. I actually find this very relaxing to play and could see myself reaching for it when there's a few minutes to spare or when I need to chill for an hour or so !

As a previous owner of the Gamecube version of this game, I can say that gameplay was thoroughly enjoyable and ultra-realistic. The Black Hole level was definitely my favorite, especially the "table inside the table". My fiance is not a gamer, but she loved playing it so much that I got her a special Micro-Con controller that fit her small hands.My biggest disappointment is that this was a launch title in Europe, yet it is August and they have not yet released it in the US. If you are living in Europe or the UK, please buy this game; it is worth the money and you will definitely enjoy it!

The pinball tables are based on real arcade tables. They are very realistic and when you are in the arcade playing a table you can hear the sound effects from the other tables in the arcade - so true to life.There is a variety of tables with varying degree of skill needed and more than one player can play a table as in the real thing.Its a good game for younger players - no-one gets shot, or blown up so I let the kids play this one.

Having loved pinball games since i was a child i had t buy this for the wii. Great graphics, good ball physics, an excellent all rounder. Play is stepped up a nodge by using both your hands controlling the flippers. As a previous buyer noted the some table are a lot harder then others. i.e the black hole. But this makes things interteresting and not too easy. I would defiently recommend this game A++++

A variety of Pinball tables and each different enough to warrant a play. Ball physics are decent, although perhaps on the light side. The tables are ok, although nowhere as fun as the real thing or as well designed as the real thing. It's interesting enough to have in your games library to sort that pinball itch once in a while.

This game is great for wasting time when you're bored. There are a variety of tables with different features & some are much harder than others. I like the fact that both hands are used as they would be on a real pinball table, it is a nice touch. However, the game does become a little tedious after a while.

This is a fun and entertaining pinball simulation. However some of the tables are difficult to play because the background doesn't help and ball movement is not as fluid as in the later Williams Pinball Classics. If you buy one choose the later, you'll be happier.

Retro revival. All those days spent in smoky 'yoof' cafes and seaside amusement arcades. Reliving a mis-spent youth through pinball. Good graphics and game play and there are some real challenges with some of the tables. Good game for anyone of a certain age!

Bought this as a gift for my other half as he is Pinball Mad!He has been playing it for a while now and in his opinion it is not as good as Williams Pinball Classics, which he prefers...Saying that he plays this a hell of a lot !

I got this for myself and have spent many hours playing. It's one of the best games I have ever played on wii. I have always loved pinball machines as I grew up now I have my very oun and can play when ever I like.

This wastes so much of my time but i cant stop playing it!! The tournament mode brings out the worst in me and my family and the challange mode is addictive. Well worth the money and fun for all the family!!!

not many pinball games around for wii or wii u.got this put on wii u and gameplay is excellent and sound,like you are in the arcades.one of the best pinball games around reall worth buying

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband - he is enjoying it keeps him quiet for ages, well until the ball goes straight down the middle of the flippers!

My daughter inherited the Wii from her cousin and she is now trying some games. She likes the genie stage the most because it has lots of chances to get points.
