I walk about 30 miles a week and also stair climb. I'm 6'2" and weigh in at 245lbs. In cold weather I like wearing thermal tights and usually wear compression shorts under the tights both for comfort and support. I decided to buy these briefs to see if I could have less restriction and less material while stair climbing and still retain "parts" coverage. At first the briefs felt a bit strange under the tights, but after an hour or so, I didn't even feel them. These briefs are very light, stretchy, and very form fitting and do an excellent job in wicking moisture away. While walking, there is absolutely no binding or chaffing, and the support is fantastic.
