Very good product. It comes in a box with plastic elements to build the marble run, 6 marbles and instructions. The instructions have pictures of some sample constructions you can build from the supplied elements. Not too many elements but enough to build an intresting marble run.Everything is good quality and clicks together nicely when arranged correctly. My 5 year old and 3 year old love it and spend hours trying to rebuild it and check if it works. Even my one year old loved putting the marbles in and watching them slide (under close supervision of course) and she didnt actually try to put them in her mouth (That's how interested she was in playing). Multiple ways of putting it together. It did take me a couple of tries to get it right so that the marbles can come out at the bottom but I guess it may be because I have never had a marble run before.I think this marble run is better for snalk kids than a wooden one as the elements click together what makes it hold together better.I bought it for a birthday present for another 5 year old and she loved it too.

My son is nearly 3 and has loved this since he was 2, and spends big chunks of time absorbed with it. We have to build the runs for him as the 'run' pieces have a definite entry and exit, and have to be aligned logically with the parts above and below. And he's too young to manage the fitting together. But that's fine. There aren't many 'connector' pieces, so the run tends to end up quite tall and narrow to get lots of marble-running going, (with some of the 'run' pieces being used as connectors instead so they don't do anything). But this keeps it good and compact! Also I had imagined there might be 'splitter' pieces where the marble might randomly go one way or another, but it's all one way.Only other beef is that it can sometimes fall apart at the seams when my son plonks marbles over-enthusiastically into it, but with older kids this probably wouldn't happen.Has improved his hand dexterity , and it's also a great game to encourage turn-taking. One of our top toys.

Soild marble run. Chose this one after reading reviews of others that said they fell apart easily. This one certainly doesn't, though of course if it takes a blow it does come apart. It takes a bit of force to slot the pieces tightly together but nothing our 3.9yr old can't manage. He loves building it and working out interesting little runs. In fact I'm asking for some extension bits for his birthday. My only criticism would be that it could come with more marbles - I am having to lift all our furniture up on an almost daily basis!

This is a superb toy for young children. Our own children 30 years ago had a similar set which gave them endless joy, and now our grandchildren enjoy the marble runs just as much. We bought both a basic set and the larger set for our grandchildren. If we were starting again, we would now buy one or two of the larger sets rather than the basic set. The larger set includes four items that are particularly good fun, but which are not included in the basic set.

Got this as my grandson (3) had shown a fascination with marbles when we found an old game of kerplunk under the stairs. I personally find the construction of the run quite tricky but luckily I have 2 older grandkids who did it for us. Would recommend playing it on something like a tray or something with sides so the marbles don't run off & get lost under tables & other accessible areas !

Hi got this for my son (4)as an add on to another he got for Xmas but this is different size on the connections. This one is also a lot better quality than the other he got (from matalan i think). Based on this I have ordered the super marble run from this same mfr. The only reason I did not give it 5* is that it could do with a few extra building bits init to make different runs.

30 piece set however only 22 are actual pieces the rest are marbles so really false advertising as you can't count marblesIt's good quality however expensive and despite the premium they still don't stay together wellI bought this for my 3 year old and ended up buying the super marble run but for £13 this will provide hours of fun. Just a shame you don't get 30 pieces.

This was a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it. Great old fashioned style game. The only issue is that i wish it came with more parts, it can fall apart if the marbles are too heavy and I wish they gave you a leaflet with different ways of assembling it. Nothing major. But, I am definitely going to get her another set so she build bigger runs

This is a fantastic toy for age 2/3 and upwards... I am about to purchase another to add to this set. I was going to buy the bigger one originally but was unsure and felt it might be too much but I will purchase anyway as its fun to construct and watch the marbles go down the slopes. This is a stable toy for all children. They love it!!

I bought the marble run for my class in primary school. As a teacher I could really see the value of this toy, not only did the children have lots and lots of fun , the children developed many problem solving techniques. The children also worked so well together as a team, taking turns and working together to make elaborate marble runs.

My daughter is getting assesed for having ASD and she LOVES toys like this, she is forever rolling things off things. I am presuming she wont try to eat the marbles - its possible.. Will be under close supervision. Wish they made giant ones this good with bigger than kiddie bite sized marbles. She will love this i know it xx

Fantastic toy which my son (4) loves. He can create many different designs and loves watching the marbles run through them. It is something that he is able to play on his own and entertain himself for ages, or build with others.Strong, easy to fit together, well made, colourful, highly recommended!

Bought for xmas for 4 year old who loves playing with this. It is well made and am sure it will stand the test of time. It comes with 6 marbles, which is handy as I'm sure they'll soon be disappearing under sofa/kidnapped by the cat etc! Really good educational toy, which can be added to.

bought for 6 yr old granddaughter. She loves it, but it confuses her sometimes when the marbles end up where they are not supposed to, and she cannot always work out why. But that is the nature of this construction game. She will also be able to add to it if and when she wants to.

This marble run is very well made [only 6 marbles, so had to buy extra marbles to make it more fun]. Also the run is quite small so I would buy the larger size another time - especially if there's more than one child playing. My grandson enjoys it but still prefers Lego!
