This is a very interesting toothbrush as I've never experienced anything like it before. This is the Foreo Issa 2 sensitive and it is definitely more gentle on your gums than a Phillips Diamond sonic toothbrush or a regular toothbrush. It comes with a fully silicone head as well as more traditional bristle head with silicone nubs around it. The the bristles are made with a different material (Pbt polymer) than what most toothbrushes are made of (nylon) and it is resistant to bacteria. Apparently it does not absorb water like other brushes and dries more quickly. This is definitely the case for the full silicone head. It is a silicone body as well which feels very smooth and velvety and the brush is actually a little flexible.If you push too hard on your gums it gives just a bit. It is like many other Sonic toothbrushes in the fact that you can adjust the strength of the vibration with a plus or minus button and it gives you a pulse after 30 seconds to move to a different quadrant of your mouth. I like that it does not turn off by itself after the two minutes like my other sonic toothbrush so it gives me a chance to brush my tongue. That's best done with the actual brush side as the backside that has ridges for your tongue are pretty ineffective as there not abrasive enough.Now for the clean. I first decided to use the silicone head to see what kind of clean it gave me. The toothbrush, even though larger in size, isn't so much heavier than a manual toothbrush. The head however is a different story as it is flatter longer and wider than a regular toothbrush head and certainly almost three times as big as my high-end sonic toothbrush. it's a different feeling when you first start to brush your teeth but it is incredibly gentle and by that I mean almost unbelievably gentle. Without a doubt, this is not one that is going to hurt your gums. With that being said, I also feel like the complete silicone brush does not get my teeth as clean as the toothbrush I've been using.I then decided to use the combination head and I got a much better clean with this one. it is still really gentle on your gums and it actually kind of massages them as you brush your teeth because the head is so wide. It is a little more difficult to maneuver around to the backside of your teeth, especially top and bottom, because of the size. It can be donebut you just have to readjust the way that you are used to doing it. I am on the fence as to weather this is as good as my Sonic clean toothbrush. It is definitely more gentle and I do feel like it gets my teeth clean. I think what may be making me question this is the fact that it is a more gentle brush in comparison. After brushing with my normal Sonic I feel like I just been to the dentist and got in my teeth cleaned. I've not had any extra plaque build up or anything since starting to use this so it may just be a mind-thing. I definitely see the benefits in The wider head and the silicone nubs as they definitely massage your gums and not only does it feel nice it's more healthy to get those nice and clean as well. Overall, this is a different kind of toothbrush and it will take some getting used to but I think it's pretty effective using the combination head. I may still rotate back and forth between my more traditional sonic toothbrush and this one just to be sure that I get the full clean until I see my dentist next. When you sit down in the chair, they can always tell you if you've done as good a job as you normally do.

Over the years I have used many electronic toothbrushes, and most were too hard on my gums. I have sensitive gums since I was involved in a project in a foreign country during college. I did not get enough vitamins in my diet and my gums showed the evidence. That cleared up, but the sensitivity continued.I received the turquoise blue silicone toothbrush. I also downloaded the instructions that are available in PDF format. I charged the unit, it took about an hour to fully charge and the LED Light turned solid. In direct comparison with the rembrandt electric toothbrush I use, once I changed to the hybrid brush head (which took a leap of faith to change as removal doesn't happen as easily as one might expect) I didn't notice any significant differences in cleaning effectiveness or did I find the Foreo any more awkward or uncomfortable to use. I probably just end up applying more gel to the larger head surface than is actually necessary. The silicone head that comes pre-installed however, seems to be a waste of time if the user doesn't generally have gum sensitivity as I didn't feel it had the rigidity to effectively clean or was sufficiently angled to get between teeth.Foreo represents the brush has

When it comes to my teeth & gums, I'm a hot mess! I am in the early stages of periodontal disease. (Hopefully I can reverse that!). I have multiple crowns and I am currently in the process of getting a bridge. (Right now I have the temporary bridge). One time I popped off a temporary crown just from brushing my teeth! This toothbrush is so gentle that I am not worrying about hurting my dental work or gums for that matter. I have not had any bleeding gums. (which I don't have all the time, but every once in a while). My teeth feel clean after using it. I love the timer feature. I definitely hadn't been brushing my teeth for the recommended amount of time with my old toothbrush!

My take on this FOREO Issa 2 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush is that it does a good job of maintaining healthy teeth and gums and feels more comfortable on sensitive gums and teeth. When it comes to stain removal, it has its limitations. I have never had dental issues and take care of my teeth and gums as much as possible. For me the toothbrush works great. You may require more from your toothbrush than I do. I like the way this toothbrush feels and my need for dental cleaning is minimal. You may require more than I do. We are all different. I do like this toothbrush though. After use it rinses clean like a charm and its charge lasts a long time so I don't have to charge it often.

FOREO Issa 2 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush Sensitive Set With Silicone and Pbt Polymer Bristles is a new product for me. I never used a brush with silicone bristles before. I normally use a Braun electric toothbrush that for years has kept me cavity free and my dentist happy. I tried this one and it is really interesting. I always use a plaque mouth rinse before I brush, and then use Pro Dent toothpaste at night and Crest 3D white during the day and floss often.Well I found that this product really makes your gums feel good. I use it with the Pro Dent as that is the one you brush with before bed and dont fully rinse. I use the Braun for the 3D white. That is one you brush with normally.

I bought this item back in October 2019, charged it up immediately and put it to use. After only a few weeks the battery needed a new charge... so much for 1 year of advertised life! Got in touch with the customer service. They organised a collection, tested it and concluded it was a factory fault. I got a new one on December 5th and after 3 months (today is March 3rd 2020) I'm adding my testimonial: up until now it has not even been charged a single time, not even upon arrival (and it's still going)! This toothbrush is unlike any I've ever used. And because it is so different I really didn't like it when I first used it a few times and was going to give it a negative review. But, I decided to use it for a longer period of time and then see how I felt about it.It takes some getting used to because of it's shape and how it feels in the mouth. I found that I had to angle the brush a little differently as I brushed my teeth and use a little more brushing movement than I do with my electric toothbrush since it doesn't have a spinning brush head.Once I got used to using this unusual toothbrush I found that I was really loving it.

This ISSA 2 sensitive toothbrush is a great product. The packaging of this product is where the experience begins... it is very attractive and cutting edge. The hybrid brush head is half silicone and half brush. I love how clean my teeth feel after brushing with the hybrid brush. I have not begun to use all of the brush settings, but with 16 to choose from you will find the one you prefer. My setting is a very slow pulse which is good for my gums. I have used this brush for six weeks now and only charged it initially and that was very easy. The timer on this brush is nice also. When the brush shuts off you know your teeth are clean. I would recommend this brush to anyone looking for a new powered toothbrush.

There is a high price tag to this toothbrush which may be off putting for some. It’s slightly alien looking too, which made me a bit suspicious. However, to be fair, I really liked it. It comes with two brushes, one of which can be used to clean your tongue should you so wish. It feels a bit lacking in the power department but this suited me as I had particularly sore gums and actually, I felt my teeth were far cleaner than with a standard electric toothbrush. They felt cleaner and fresher overall but with what seemed to be less power.My only disappointment was that you don’t get a sturdy case to carry when taking on holiday. You would expect one really but it’s just a cotton case. Aside from that,

What a great idea! A sonic cleaning action electric toothbrush, but cleverly made all compact, to enable ease of use whilst out and about.I love that this FOREO ISSA2 has all the features of a conventional toothbrush, but nearly travels with you in a case. You just make sure you charge up before you head off.The toothbrush is light and easy to hold so you can switch areas of the mouth evenly, plus the rubberised bristles mean you can be sure of a great clean.There's also a warranty for peace of mind.I love it, and like how neat the case is allowing me to slip it in my handbag - easy to clean my teeth before important meetings or dates :)A brilliant toothbrush.

This is the cleanest my teeth have ever felt. I started out trying the silicon only tip and loved how gentle it felt, but didn't feel like it was cleaning well enough. After switching to the included hybrid tip it is life changing. My teeth are super clean and my gum health has never been better, it's gentle enough that my sensitive gums feel fine after brushing, but I feel as clean as I do after leaving the dentist from a cleaning. Battery life is amazing also, in the 3 months I've been using it I am still on the original charge. My only complaint is that the tips are quiet expensive, so once my hybrid tip is used up it's going to be a little painful to replace.

The brush head and general design takes some getting used to - it`s hard to shift a lifetime of what a brush should look like, as even the colour is unusual. But it does clean thoroughly; the head is much larger than for example, a Sonicare, but it delivers just the same satisfying cleaning experience. The biggest problem I have is that the shape means I rarely get through a total brush of my teeth without it slipping down my hand - I have to rinse it and carry on. It needs to have a more abrasive handle in my opinion, to stop it potentially falling out of your hand, as moisture and vibrations combined means it doesn`t quite sit right.

I bought this toothbrush because I was sick and tired of those ordinary toothbrushes that were harsh and made my gums bleed a lot. I expected Issa 2 to be similar to any other electric toothbrush and I thought that it would be heavier. It feels nice in my hand and nice to my teeth. I can feel that my teeth are very clean after brushing with it and that my breath is fresh. I do not know what it actually does, but I can feel that it is different than any other brush I have used before. It is softer and I can reach my back teeth. Great.

I had a huge problems with gums. It was partially my fault, I brushed too hard, but even i stopped pressing that hard, the gums still bleed. Then the usual story, like with so many other people, I also look for the toothbrush that will help me brush my teeth without gum bleeding. I was not successful. Finally I bought this electric toothbrush few weeks ago and my bleeding has been reduced a lot. I hope it will stop completely. The grip is really good, no need to recharge it often either. A lovely product indeed.
