The item did not arrive on the date due. I contacted the seller after they contacted me to say they were not sending me my order after I gave them a poor mark for not receiving my items I paid for.After a few messages and a phone call it was all resolved and I received my goods the day after the phone call. It was a week late but believe it was an administration error on the senders part and was resolved and I hope to deal with them again.The item is as described and the fish are happy.

This is a lovely wee gift for our daughter, delivery was good, the only slight downside was a small scratch on the top of the aquarium but you can hardly see it, didnt inform the company so cant fault them, delivery was prompt and looks lovely in the hall

Bought as spares and havent used yet but know they are there when needed. The main ones that came with my tank are long lasting and should be a while before replacing. Still, for the price a great product and am happy with my purchase.

Really convenient to get these online as they are often sold out in the shop which supplies them in my city.Product is good quality and cleans well between water changes, so one pack lasts a decent while.

I bought this as I have a fluval aquarium. Keeps water clean and fish happy, this is not always easy to find in local pet shop so easier to order from amazon.
